I’ve been a customer for two years! I have to say this past week my truck had issues and I brought it back to Ford. I had plans for a trip to NY for the parade and I was at the 11th hour. I spoke to Mr. Tyler Torres and he is a listener!! I truly appreciate him for hearing me and led me into a 2025 Bronco(loaner) lol. Fully loaded and sunroof! This was not just a trip but an historical experience for me. The weekend was definitely illuminating and exciting. To end up back home and celebrate World Cup on Sunday! My experience was that I was lied to and charged for services not preformed. Brought my car there 3 times until they kept it there for 3 months "fixing it", had me pay $767 to go pick up a dead car after saying they resolved the issue.After getting it back and it died again had to bring it to Taska Ford and Matt from Empire had the audacity to call my father to ask me to change a review they had sent me via email. I was very honest and truthful in my review, even explaining how a baseball bat and CD was missing. Matt says he agrees with everything and they actually found the CD....My review also says that he personally lied himself. So I have to ask why would I change it??!!? Still waiting to hear back on a refund and stolen items. Taska also found some other that we are learning and are just so horrified at the depths of wrong this has gone.

Just bought my 2023 F150 xlt. Probably the easiest purchase I had. Nobody likes going to car dealerships, but Joe F. Was great to work with as well as Roberto. After driving I found the brakes need work, I reached out and in about an hour the service writer was on the phone to set up and appointment. Great communication and transparency.

All issues that arose after the deal, were resolved after speaking with Bryce and Tyler.

Vehicle brought back 3 times for tranny issues and still not resolved when after the first time they stated the Vehicle was good to go no issues. Here we are and dont get me started on the lack of communication. Beware of service department you will have your vehicle back on repeat due to lack of accountability, lack of knowledge of proper and efficient repairs, and at this point a waste of spending money on a monthly car payment. Frustrated and annoyed. DO BETTER.
