  I want to thank Ethan (salesman) for a great experience ! It was a bad week for me, and dealt with me with caring & composure...everyone else was great as well ! I will definitely purchase from Empire & Ethan Williams again !

  I had an appointment, walked in and asked for Kevin. They told me to have a seat.. I waited an hour for nobody to help me. Other people walked in and were asked if they needed help right away as I just sat there. I don’t expect it to be quick at a dealership but when I made an appointment before coming I didn’t expect to be sitting and ignored for an hour. Waste of time, and terrible customer service.

  I had a great experience working with Austin. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and easy. He answered all my questions, kept me informed, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me get my car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

  I chose to buy my vehicle from Empire Ford in Fall River after experiencing difficulties with another ford dealership. Mark was a referral, and he was such a breath of fresh air to deal with! His no-nonsense approach to customer service, and a willingness to go above-and-beyond is what really sold the vehicle to me. I walked out on a previous deal because of a dishonest sales manager, hidden charges at the “out the door” price, etc. I feel badly for the sales girl losing the commission because of her manager’s hard-sell tactics. Rest assured that if you meet Mark, you will have found a partner - someone who you’ll look forward to seeing every time you go for future service. He will remember every detail about you and your vehicle, and always be your strongest advocate. I purchased a premium warranty, and maintenance for the life of my new Explorer- because I knew I had found someone in Mark whom I could trust. I know my Explorer will be well cared for going forward. Hats off to a true champion!
