    I placed an online order for a rotor, after entering the specifics of my vehicle. The part I chose stated "fully compatible with your make and model". I drove from Portsmouth RI to pickup the part, only to discover that it was the incorrect part, AFTER getting all the way back to Portsmouth (my mechanic determined the issue). I drove back to Fall River to swap out the part, after calling to verify that they had the correct part in stock. I was told yes. When I arrived at the Quarry Road location, I was assisted by a abrupt and rude employee, who wasn't very adept at understanding English. He told me that the correct part would be more money, even though it lists online for the same price. I was able to determine (on my own) that the price difference is due to the online discount I received. I had to return the incorrect part and wait for the refund to post to my account; therefore I was not able to leave with the correct part in hand, causing another trip back and forth. *On a side note, I was informed by a more polite employee that the online ordering platform has been having issues with stating that the chosen part is correct for a certain vehicle.
