  Waste of time bring my truck for service at 8am if I don’t call they don’t look for my keys in the box they call me in the afternoon at 4:40 to let me know they can service my truck because it’s have aftermarket parts when is not the first time I bring my truck there they hiring people with out experience 🤦🏽‍♂️

  If there was an option to select zero stars, I'd have picked it. I think management must have changed there. Sullivan Tire in FH used to be a pretty decent place. It seems like a bit of a joke now. They're nice enough, but it's just not carefully managed. Most recent experience: 1. Went in to order a set of new tires. They printed out and handed me a purchase order for the set. 2. On the appointed day, I brought the car in. 3. Someone who spoke like he was 16 years old called to tell me I needed new TPMS sensors all around as the dashboard LED was on and the sensors had failed. He quoted ~$400 for the set. I told him the light wasn't on when I brought the car there, so that had to be fiction. He said he didn't know anything about it but would tell the tech not to replace them. 4. A few hours later, they called me to tell me the work was done, and I could come get the car. However, when I arrived, it was still up on the lift and nowhere near done. The lady at the counter stated that they had confused it with another similar car. I waited while they finished it up. Finally, they were done and I paid and left. 5. A few minutes later, I noticed that they had put on the wrong tires: a completely different brand than what I'd just paid $1300 for. I called them, not happy. The guy said they were just very busy and that they had made a mistake and agreed to correct it. 6. Brought the car back the next day and they indeed put on the tires that I'd ordered. 7. In all this excitement, they managed to really scrape up a set of mint-condition rims. 8. For some reason, they made an additional charge to my credit card which I never agreed to. I'll just dispute it the the card issuer, but it's another waste of time. With goofy service like that, I'd be surprised if Sullivan Tire is around for long. The whole operation seems disorganized and, well, sketchy. There are lots of other tire stores in the area.

  Great service one tire repair (leaking valve) one TPMS sensor replaced and tire rotation in about an hour. Book your appointment online.
