    I came to AutoZone to get a new windshield wiper for my car, and the attendant was very kind and helpful. Her name is Kenzie, and although she was just training, she was very patient, understanding, and already seemed to have the hang of it, and she guided me to the exact wiper I needed.

    I wish I could give this AutoZone a million out of 10 stars for customer service! Before coming here, I had called practically every tire, bike, and repair shop I could think of in New Bedford and Fairhaven trying to find someone who could help me with my son Landon’s scooter tire, and I had absolutely no luck. I finally brought the scooter into AutoZone in Fairhaven on the off chance that someone there might be able to help or at least point me in the right direction. Instead, Paul and Dalwin went completely above and beyond. They didn’t just offer advice or send me somewhere else. They took the time to actually help me solve the problem from start to finish — removing the old tire, putting the new one on, filling the tires with air, and making sure everything was exactly as it should be before I left. What impressed me most was the genuine kindness behind it. There was no sales pitch, no agenda, and no sense that I was inconveniencing them. They simply saw someone who needed help and chose to help. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare, and after having no luck anywhere else, I was honestly blown away. Paul and Dalwin were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and could not have been nicer. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have two employees like them representing their store. This is what truly exceptional customer service looks like, and because of this experience, the Fairhaven AutoZone will absolutely be the first place I go from now on. Paul and Dalwin — a million out of 10. Thank you both so much!
