NONE of the other companies i reached out to was as helpful as the safelite employees Thank you!!

We had to reschedule twice because technicians were sent to us with the wrong windshield. So we went into the Everett location. It was annoying but we still give 5 stars because Derrick was so good.

He saved Safelite's reputation by being competent, professional, communicative, and efficient. He was the only bright light in our entire Safelite experience through the Everett shop which provided horrendous customer service prior to his arrival.

Had to call to find out it was cancelled the previous day. Coordinator then made a same day appointment about 20min from my home to get repaired only to drive there and find out the store didn’t have my windshield. Then had to reschedule for middle of the week at location 40 min from my home.
