  Original scheduling is pretty easy but they become less reliable than your cable provider. I had a 12pm to 5pm window for the technician to show up, he called me at 2:30pm to tell me he'll be there at 7pm. At 7:30pm he calls to say he can't get there until 8:30pm and it'll be too dark. Nobody calls me from Safelite to reschedule over the next 16 hours. I call them and it's like they couldn't care less, just treated it like a very normal thing, meanwhile I've got a giant expanding crack in my windshield. The person on the phone from the Everett location really couldn't care as I told him it's unacceptable to have no urgency and he just hung up. For all the ads and marketing spend, this place isn't worth it. Support a small local shop who will care about your business and stand by their work.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this auto glass company. The appointment was not handled professionally, communication was poor, and the work did not meet my expectations. I had to follow up multiple times to get answers, and the issue was not resolved .Customer service was unhelpful when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  Excellent service from start to finish! Christopher was the technician who replaced my windshield. He texted me when he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Courteous, clean and professional work! Thank you, for the excellent service—I highly recommend Safelite!

  I had a great experience with this glass company. The technician was outstanding professional, courteous, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He called before arriving, let me know when he got there, and followed up when the job was complete. He carefully cleaned all the broken glass from my car, secured my keys exactly where I requested, and left everything spotless. He was respectful, efficient, and took pride in his work. My only complaint is that it took six days to get an appointment.

  Wow this place is horrible I don't know where to begin... One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Technician never came. Then they rescheduled my appointment twice. Then three different employees gave me three different reasons why they didn't have the correct parts to replace my windshield. Then found out they never even assigned a technician to come to me after rescheduling. You can never talk to anyone there because they don't answer the phones. Went there in person, not a single other customer there, they still didn't help me. Tried calling the store manager, Lindsey, several times during regular business hours and they don't answer. Their call center reps couldn't even get in touch with anyone at the store for me. This went on for several days. This place is so poorly run it's a joke. They aren't sorry either lol. Don't bother apologizing in the reply. I went to Real Auto Glass in Everett the next day and they were excellent. They actually answered the phone, communicated with me and followed through. Go to Real Auto instead, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAFELITE !!!!
