First, they arrived with the wrong window. Then, when the make‑up appointment was scheduled, the technician didn’t bother to show up at all. I was left with a sloppy, barely‑functional wrap job during a Nor’easter, the entire back of my car was soaked because of their negligence. What happened next was even worse. They’ve effectively eliminated any way for customers to reach them. No customer service line, no returned calls, no follow‑up of any kind. I called repeatedly last week, and the lead technician responded by hanging up on me after telling me, essentially, to deal with it myself. Multiple complaints to customer care have gone unanswered, and the district manager who I specifically requested contact from has yet to acknowledge the situation. I am still without a window. I am still without a rescheduled appointment. And I am still without a single shred of accountability from anyone at this company. This wasn’t just poor service it was a complete abandonment of responsibility.
