I came to Mavis per my older sister recommendation. I had an appointment early in the morning, but was having car trouble to get there, Wayne over the phone was super understanding and told me that I would be able to come in no problem. When I got there, Greg was extremely helpful and patient with me and was able to make me feel better about the tire/car stuff. As a girl not knowing how to deal with car trouble it was nice of Greg to talk me thru it and even give me recommendations for a spare/rim i can find at a junkyard. Benny also helped with fixing my truck (it was having trouble closing) but he fixed it in a second. I really appreciate everything they helped with even though its their job they still went above and beyond to make me feel better and that made every penny worth it. I really appreciate it guys thank you.

They went above in beyond to make sure me and my daughter was able to get back home in my truck. S/o to Johnathan Greg and Benny for all the help they gave me from the first phone call being stuck on the highway on a rotary my caliber motor broke and they guided me here and made sure I was back on the road before my classes started! Excellent mechanic! Very professional, honest, and attentive. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done to my car, did a great job, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Brakes need to be replaced after 10,000 miles and 5+ trips back to this Mavis.
You are better off bringing your car anywhere else BUT here for work on your brakes. Regional sales manager doesn’t care if it get escalated to him, calling generic customer service number doesn’t help, just an overall terrible experience and service from start to finish, top to bottom.
They create legitimate dangers on the road due to their low quality work.
