I ran into an issue with a screw in my tire. I called Mavis and Chris got me in within an hour to have the tire repaired. Tony worked the front desk and was very personable, engaged and specific with the details. In fact, as my vehicle was so new it was difficult to find the reset for removing the tire warning. Tony brought me back to see the completed work and explained what was taking the delay. I would absolutely use this team for future tire work and appreciate the detailed engagement. Great job team!

I made an appointment in the middle of the night, and when I showed up at 8 AM, they were ready to change my tire and get me back on the road quickly. Wayne, who manages the front desk, was wonderful — very professional, polite, and helpful the entire time.
The only downside was that they left noticeable smudges on my wheel and didn’t appear to make any effort to clean them up. I also had to use a special cleaner afterward to get residue off my leather steering wheel. Overall, the service was fast and friendly, but I wish a little more care had been taken with the cleanup.

10/10, 5 star service from Gregory and the team. Never have I ever received customer service like this. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with nothing but respect and care.
As a female who doesn’t know much about cars, I usually am met with men not respectfully listening to me if I ever bring my car into a shop. But Gregory and the whole team took the time to look over every little issue I raised. They went above and beyond to check for other things that could be related to the issue I was experiencing, they were honest and transparent with me about services and price, and literally held my hand through the process. They even took the time to educate me on a few things, which I was totally blown away by!
Absolutely a stellar and amazing team…Will be recommending to everyone I know and will definitely be going back. Nothing but absolute respect from them. Thank you guys again!!

Wayne provided excellent service at the tire shop. I came in with a screw in my tire, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. He was friendly, honest, and made the whole experience easy.
