  Used to take my car from Mike. He was a lovely fella, extremely helpful. When he left, I wasn’t sure if I’d get the same experience but then came Angaela. 2 bookings 2 weeks apart, and she always helped. One surely thinks initially that she’s acting cold but in reality, she’s such a helpful individual. Last booking, enterprise closes at 6 and I had a booking for 6 pm. I reached at 6:10 and she was about to lock the place, she could’ve denied me service but guess what? She didn’t. She helped me out end to end, helped me choose the best car and it was till 6:30 that she was there. Excellent service, thank you! I was about

  I had to rent a car from enterprise in Everett and im so glad I chose this one. They made it so easy for me, I thought I needed it for 2 weeks so I paid for an extra week but my car ended up being done a few days before so I brought it back and had my kids with me. They said everything was all set and ill get the $300 refund plus the refund for bringing the car back early, everything they saod they would do. Like I said I had my 2 kids with me, I asked them whats the best way to walk to grab my car and they said "Oh no we will drop you off" and drove me and my kids to the auto body shop. It was so nice of them and they really did go above and beyond. Thank you enterprise
