On our way to my daughter's Dr. appointment, we had trouble with our family's van in a town I knew nothing about. I found myself miles away from the help of anyone I knew... or my own tools. This specific AutoZone being literally right across the street was the greatest help I could hope for in a situation like the one my family was in. The manager, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with troubleshooting the problem I was having. Though they didn't have the alternator I needed in stock at the time and I had to travel 1.5 miles to Advance Auto to get it, I returned to AutoZone because of Advance's ridiculously ignorant staff. Once back, I was again helped by another knowledgeable AutoZone worker by the name of Kasey (or Casey). He assisted me in finding the right tools I needed to change the alternator right there. It took me 3 hours or so, but I got my van back on the road and eventually got my family safely back home. I couldn't have done it without the staff at this AutoZone. Thanks!!!

I had a very uncomfortable experience related to how the assistant manager was treated and discussed at this location. I witnessed what felt like inappropriate public criticism of a coworker from the manager, which came across as unprofessional and upsetting due to the assistant managers disabilties. This manager posed as someone else and left a false review on here in order to bully the disabled assistant manager. Regardless of the details, I expect a respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers. Based on what I observed, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this store.

My key to unlock my vehicle would not work. I was right by the east Wareham, AutoZone and Patrick was a godsend! He took apart my key fob and showed me where there was a loose piece so that the battery wasn’t connecting to it and he fixed it for me! I’m so grateful as I didn’t have to ask for a ride home! 😊
