  We bought new tires online and had them installed at a tire shop in Kingston. I could tell that something was wrong with the tires as the truck wasn't driving smoothly. We took the truck back to the installer. After 3 appointments, they told me there wasn't anything they could do. I moved on to another tire place, this time in Hanover, and was told the same thing. These were expensive goodyear tires! I finally went to Sullivan Tire in East Bridgewater. Turns out that the tires were defective and didn't pass the road force test that they conducted. Max couldn't have been any more helpful. He worked with us to return the original tires and helped us pick a better tire for less money. I will only go to Sullivan Tire in the future. The service we received was exceptional!

  I have NEVER had a better tire experience in purchasing my recent Continental tires. I called to get some information on new tires and had the pleasure of speaking with Max at the East Bridgewater location. He was so knowledgeable and I made an appointment for today to have my new tires installed. I can't say enough about him and the wonderful experience I had.I definitely will return for oil changes and rotation of my tires. You should be proud to have such a dedicated and helpful employee in your company.I will definitely recommend my friends or family that needs tires or any services at Sullivan tire and strongly talk to Max. Thank you for excellent service

  Didn't actually go to have work done here but my car died in front of their location and 2 very helpful people came out and charged my car battery and allowed me to park in the lot until I could get the car towed.

  After charging me for an alignment with my tires they never did it. 2 months later the inside of my front tires are bald, luckily I had a receipt to show proof I paid for the alignment because without it my tires would not have been replaced. Then my son went in to have tires put on and the outer CV boot was torn and they said he must of done it.. weird his truck was not leaking fluid prior and in the photos you can clearly see a fresh cut. Prior to the visit, there were no leaks, no grease present, and no warning signs. I was also told that the vehicle was not inspected for or noted with any pre-existing damage before the work was performed. I've attached photos, They refused to fix and we had to pay out of pocket $800 to replace it. CHECK YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE YOU LEAVE TO MAKE AURE NO DAMAGE OCCURRED AND SAVE RECEIPTS!

  Took 2020 Colorado in for some diagnostic work regarding engine light on dash. Got detailed information regarding some longstanding Chevrolet service bulletins that I have not been notified of by Chevrolet. Got service bulletin copies and was not charged. Have been a Sullivan customer since the tire shack on North Union Street and thanks to Sullivan for another job well done and again confirmed my opinion that Sullivan is the best! We'll be back!
