    I usually rent through Enterprise, but this time was a disappointment for me. Check in lines are long, as they seem to have cut back on staffing. The staffing issues also seem to have affected how they clean each vehicle. This vehicle had heavily soiled spots on the seats which made you feel dirty while driving the car. Good thing it was only a 1 day rental. When I brought it to an employees attention, she shrug it off, and said you won't be charged for the damage. I saidI didn't damage anything, that's why I am bringing it to your attention. Think long and hard before renting with Enterprise. A week earlier, I rented through Hertz, and much better experience.

    I love Enterprise but they almost lost me this time. Flat tire 12 hours after taking the car. Reach the roadside assistance: $80 to get fixed. Yes I didn’t take the insurance but who does? Fortunately the agency at Logan called me and offered to remove from my bill once they heard my story (100 miles away, loyal customer ). They sent someone to put the spare in and then offered a trade out car at another agency, which worked well. Sometimes a bad service experience gets turned around and the provider gets an even more loyal customer. Something the clowns at hertz didn’t manage when they lost me 3 years ago after 15 Years of loyalty.

    I had an excellent experience with Enterprise! One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility they offer. Instead of assigning you a specific vehicle, they let you choose any available vehicle within the class you reserved. Having a selection to choose from makes the rental experience much more enjoyable and allows you to pick the vehicle that best fits your needs. The staff was friendly, the process was quick and easy, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.

    At this location, I understand that world cup is playing a role in availability. However I had called ahead before getting an Uber to this location. I asked the rep at the desk of vehicle availability, only to be told they were out of vehicles nothing was available. Even though I called ahead and gave Enterprise my reservation number. She didn't even looked on the computer or see if any vehicles have been returned she just sat there and basically sent me away. I want to sit down and started to book an Uber ride back home I noticed a few people came and personally they stayed at the rep desk way much longer than anyone supposed to. To me meaning something is off. Because I sat there and I had to wait for my Uber ride that took about 10 to 15 minutes personally, I feel I've been lied to...🧐

    I had a very disappointing experience with an Enterprise agent named Jasiah I. at Logan Airport in Boston. When I arrived to rent my vehicle, he refused to assist me because there was tape on my driver’s license. Instead of professionally reviewing the license or explaining the issue respectfully, he immediately displayed a negative attitude and seemed unwilling to help from the beginning. I felt that I was treated unfairly and, frankly, his behavior came across as discriminatory. He showed no interest in finding a solution or providing customer service. Fortunately, another Enterprise employee stepped in, reviewed my license, and was able to help me complete the rental process without any issues. This experience left a very negative impression. Customer service representatives should treat all customers with respect, professionalism, and fairness. Based on my experience, Jasiah I demonstrated poor customer service skills and a lack of willingness to assist customers. Enterprise should carefully evaluate whether employees with this type of attitude are suitable for customer-facing positions.
