  no from me. I popped in at 1pm for a battery change and free test. i checked and called to see if i needed an appointment, but its a free service, and advertises that they’ll change your battery if you buy one, and they take all walk ins. so the guy tests my battery and says i need a new one and that it’s VERY bad but then says he can’t change it for me because he’s leaving (why even agree to testing it then?) he said he needs to ask his manager, who then tells him he’s the only one there that can do and should, and then he comes back to tell me his manager said he couldn’t because he’s “leaving” (that’s not what i heard your manager say….) proceeds to help another person in front of me. said if i needed jumper cables i could come back. well i can’t get my car back because my car battery is dead! thanks! he told me to come back at 3pm, shocker no one is available. today after work i called AGAIN. same guy picks up the phone says no i can’t do it right now it’s just me and my manager working, come in the morning well i can’t in the morning because i work until the evening in person and i do not have a way of transportation for my dogs surgery on thursday. just so annoying, like okay fine, but don’t advertise and lie that you’re going to help. at least say “hey my workers don’t want to help you don’t come to this location” and then i wouldn’t have wasted 5 days of my time. i trusted autozone more and did not get a car battery from triple A so i could come here, but quite the let down and im now stuck, so Ill just call triple A again

  I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me right to the parts I needed and even offering tips for my DIY project. It's always a relief to find a store where they genuinely care about their customers!

  Came in looking for a battery and Erick Emmanuel helped us out and even helped us change the battery super nice guy!

  Needed a new battery got help from Eric in auto zone in East Boston. He was a great help in finding what I needed and even installed it in my car for me. Very informative, helpful, and kind. I would most definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area.

  Its sad to leave a bad review in this store because I always come here with my father, but he had such a bad treatment with customer service that we had to come to revere, Karina needs to fix an attitude with customers
