  Best rental car experience ever at Boston Logan airport. Upon completing the paperwork, we were sent upstairs where we were met by Nina. Nina gave us several options and she took us to our car. She instructed us on the operation, we checked it over, she asked us if we had any questions & she couldn’t have been nicer. The car was very clean and was great! We’ve never experienced such personal attention at a car rental before from start to finish (exiting rental) all the employees were helpful, professional and excellent!!

  I don't have any issues regarding the car itself. However, I was surprised to see that there weren't attendants at the Portland Jetport (Maine) return lot. Signs stated that the cars neede to be locked and the keys returned to Alamo - BUT - nothing said where to return them to. Luckily I saw a return box on a pedestal at the end of the lot with a very small sign stating it was for key returns. Alamo needs to make it cleared where the keys are to be returned OR they need to staff the return lot with real people!!!

  We rented a compact SUV from Alamo at Boston Logan Airport and the whole experience was great from start to finish. We booked directly through the Alamo website and when we got to the airport we got to choose from 3 or 4 cars which all matched what we had booked. The one we chose was a Chevrolet Trailblazer with only 3000 miles on it. It looked and drove like new. Returning the car was easy enough, we just followed the overhead signs for rental car returns, then chose the lane for Alamo. We parked in a line of other returning cars and were instantly greeted by an Alamo representative who asked us if everything was OK with the car and if we had had any issues. He had a very quick look at the car, we gave him the key and that was that. Returning it took less than 5 minutes. Would definitely use Alamo again.

  I had a great experience with Alamo at Boston Logan. Jasiah at the downstairs check-in counters was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything in great detail to both me and my mom. He made the entire check-in process easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and was very patient and professional throughout the whole interaction. I also want to recognize the manager upstairs in the pickup area, I believe his name was Jean. He was just as helpful and made sure everything went smoothly once we got upstairs to get the vehicle. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like we were genuinely being taken care of rather than rushed through the process. Both Jasiah and Jean provided excellent customer service and made the whole rental experience much easier and more pleasant. Employees like them are exactly what makes a location stand out. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  I have honestly never had such a great experience with a car rental company. Every interaction with every staff member was so positive and helpful. I was greeted by an awesome team at Boston Logan Airport and my car was ready as promised. When I had issues with CarPlay a very patient staff person offered to troubleshoot it for me. I also was pleasantly surprised to get a text message from Alamo letting me know I should reach out if I had any issues. Sure enough, I ended up getting a screw in my tire on my drive to Falmouth. When I texted the number, I was immediately given the number for roadside assistance. This team was able to connect me with the Enterprise office in Falmouth and they quickly swapped out my car. I have not had this high level of customer care with any other rental company I have worked for. Thanks team for taking care of me!
