  Oil change price very misleading. Was sent a coupon for 39.99 full synthetic. Told me it expired 2 days ago. Winded up paying about double that. There’s no expiration date on the coupon. When it came in the mail, I made an appointment right away. There were others with the same dilemma I was in. They told me they would go out of business if they charged that price. I’m disappointed about the misleading price. It’s just an oil change and they took pictures of my car on an IPAD too. Never saw that before for an oil change.

  Brought my car in for an oil change & they did a good job (who couldn’t) but they told me I needed new shocks & struts all the way around ($2800) and I brought it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion & it was sway bar end links ($100 repair)

  Had taken the car in for a shaking from end and chirping sound when hitting bumps or going around curves. Pro Automotive identified two items, rotors / brake pads, and for me to buy and have balanced four new tires (due to wear). On the report provided they indicated that wear on the tire was evident, and in another section indicated that there was no wear on the tires. When asked if I could get a quote for replacing the rotors and brake pads, they indicated that I would have to bring it back in again as they need to determine if I need them?

  Dropped my vehicle off after working a 12 hour night shift and walked home. Car was supposed to have oil change and sticker completed. Called to see if car was ready at 3 pm since had a ride. Was told no and that sticker hadn’t been done yet and to come at 5 pm. Received a phone call while walking with kids to pick up car that sticker wasn’t done as place was closed. They had the car from 730 until 5 pm. Will not be returning.

  Good morning, first I would like to say we travel all over for work. So when getting our oil changed we try to find an upstanding place, local to give business too. My husband came into your shop today for an oil change. Just an oil change that’s all he needed. Well the lady at the counter told him it was going to be over $1000.00. He was beyond belief. When he asked for just an oil change it’s going to cost that. She then added they were going to do a refresh. He said he did not need a refresh. So she removed that and said it would be $950.00. For real? He walked out. In my opinion this is price gouging and ridiculous. He drove and found another place that was $150.00. Thank you, we will not recommend nor use your business for anything.
