  I would give them NO stars if I could. So I made an appointment on Wednesday June 10th to get my windshield replaced. I had satellite call their shop just to confirm that they had the correct windshield for my car due to the fact that I was told by another shop that my windshield was on back order and wasn’t available. Satellite confirm that they had the correct windshield by using my VIN number. Had my son bring the car up to their shop in the morning just for them to tell him they didn’t have the correct windshield. Talk about a waste of time. So I rescheduled. This time it was for their mobile service. Again I called to confirm they had the correct windshield. I was told once again yes. So the worker came out on Friday and serviced my car. Once he was done and he called me back out and stated he had good news and bad news. The good news was I didn’t have a crack in my windshield anymore the bad news was it was still the wrong dam windshield and it didn’t line up so therefore he couldn’t calibrate the car. The part to calibrate it is sitting in the middle console and now I have all these lights on on the dashboard and nothing is working. Keep in mind this is a new 2025 car and shouldn’t have any issues. So he called his boss and told him they needed to order this windshield asap. Had another appointment on Wednesday. Had my husband drop the car off at their shop. They had it since 9am. Got a phone call around 1:30 that afternoon. And yes you guessed it they didn’t have the windshield yet once again. So here I am now weeks later still with no windshield and lights flashing on my dashboard. Call them today wand was told their waiting for the windshield to be shipped. So I’m looking at next week for something that should have been done right in the first place. So it’s June 26 and I’m still waiting on a windshield. Keep in mind I was supposed to been have this car shipped out. Every time I cancel it cost me money. At this point I want them to old windshield back and for put my car back together. But that’s not a option because they no longer have my windshield. I just can’t understand why the worker would go ahead a change my windshield if he knew it wasn’t the right one? I would NEVER go through these people again nor recommend them. They have no respect for peoples time nor do they care. But why would they it’s not their time and money being wasted.

  I paid for the OEM part, and they charged me on-site for OEM after not being able to fix writhing a week. Then, after charging me, they told me they brought the wrong window. Have yet to hear from their manager to reschedule for another week out - resulting in two weeks with a broken window. Extremely disappointed in this work. Do not go here - go to auto glass now.
