  I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise while my car was being repaired at a body shop due to an insurance claim. Unfortunately, this particular rental experience wasn’t quite up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Enterprise. There were a few issues with the vehicle. First, there was no windshield washer fluid, which made it difficult to clean the dirt and debris from the windshield. There was also a noticeable odor inside the vehicle that smelled as though a previous driver may have smoked in it. I initially thought the odor might go away with ventilation, but unfortunately it remained throughout the rental. (my young kids even asked about the smell) Additionally, the vehicle had an expired inspection sticker. I realized this after leaving but I returned quickly to make them aware. The only reason I didn’t get a different vehicle was because of the timing and my schedule. I had a meeting shortly after picking up the rental and didn’t have time to wait for another vehicle to be cleaned and prepared. My schedule also didn’t allow me to return later to exchange it, so I ultimately just dealt with the issues. Thankfully, my own vehicle was completed sooner than expected, which was great news and allowed me to return the rental earlier than anticipated. I do want to mention that the gentleman who checked me out was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and I really appreciated the customer service he provided. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and typically have a very good experience, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. I understand that things can occasionally be missed, but I hope the vehicle inspection and preparation process can be improved so that customers aren’t receiving vehicles with these types of issues.   My 2nd time renting a vehicle from this location. And each time it’s been a pleasure! The staff here are amazing! I was greeted with a smile, the customer service was great and the ladies were very polite and friendly! Great dynamics: Ms. Hannah, Lauren and Carla- Thank You! 😊

  Hannah was very accommodating, friendly, and thorough. She made sure I had a vehicle that would provide me the comfort I needed. She also called me a couple of days in advance to let me know when I needed to return the vehicle and collected payment so I didn't have to worry about it during drop off. Once I dropped the vehicle off, another Enterprise worker then drove me home so I did not need to walk in the heat. My overall experience was incredible and I would definitely rent from that location again.

  They were busy and I had low expectations, but I was blown away by the staff's friendliness and eagerness to provide excellent customer service. Will definitely come here again if I need to rent a car.
