  To whom it may concern I just left one of your stores Auto Zone on Galivan Boulevard in Dorchester, Mass.The lady manager Yari was very rude and disrespectful when I ask her why a refund was not put back on my card.She said I had to call corporate office with enormous attitude and nothing she could do. I ask her how long does it take before the money is put back,then and only then she said 7 days.I ask her why didn't u say that in the beginning, she said because l didn't ask and told her coworker that she don't have time for this shit. And walked away . I spend a lot of money at Auto Zone . I believe if I was a white man she would have been more respectful .Need to be removed from the job.

  I need the battery replaced in my fob and i visited autozone 7/16 in the morning The young sales rep was very helpful and replaced it perfectly

  Great service, didn’t ask for help but Ladell came out and assisted with charging the AC! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Good stuff 👍👍👍

  I came into the AutoZone on Gallivan Boulevard needing new windshield wipers, and Ayden R. gave me an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end. He took the time to make sure I received the correct sizes for my vehicle, answered my questions clearly, and treated me with genuine patience and respect. What impressed me most was that he did not make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale. He made the entire experience easy and left such a positive impression that I felt like I had known him much longer than a single visit. Ayden clearly takes pride in his work and understands how customers should be treated. I hope the store manager and AutoZone leadership recognize the value he brings to this location. He is exactly the type of employee a company should invest in, reward, and consider for future advancement. I will return to this store specifically because of the service Ayden provided.

  I had an amazing experience here I found everything very easily due to great costumer service. A young lady also went out of her way to figure out my wiper blades on my Mercedes because apparently they were a lot more difficult than a regular car. I believe her name was zarneija I don’t remember how she spelt it but she was amazing and very sweet and she definitely spoke with a lot of confidence like she knew the job well and had a good sense of navigating her work place. Might I also say she has amazing energy as I walked in she was making her co workers laugh she seems very sweet. Thank you guys!
