  Found a bubble on my side wall Sunday morning and needed to get it replaced before the work week. Got me in and on the road in under 45 minutes. Very good pricing and very pleasant people to deal with.

  Had a nail in our tire the morning of Mother’s Day. Was able to get in and repaired ahead of schedule. Jaleel and the team were the kindest people. Such a blessing!

  Jaleel helped my husband and me pick out a tire since my current tires were down to the strings. He recommended a good tire that would fit within our budget and worked with us. They were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be going back for my back tires when needed.

  I had one of the worst service experiences here. I booked a tire installation through Amazon and paid for the service at this location. I dropped off my car, and about 30 minutes later they said it was ready. However, the moment I started driving, I immediately heard a loud noise coming from the wheel. When I checked, I saw that the balance weights had been installed incorrectly—stacked on top of each other. Because of this, they were hitting the brake caliper while the wheel was rotating, causing noise and even damaging the inside of my rim. What’s most concerning is that this isn’t just carelessness—this shows a serious lack of basic technical knowledge. Proper wheel balancing is one of the most fundamental tasks in tire service, and the fact that it was done this incorrectly is unacceptable. I went back to explain the issue, and the attitude I received was just as bad as the work itself. I was greeted rudely and treated with no professionalism. When I explained the problem, they tried to blame the fact that I bought the tire from Amazon, which is completely irrelevant to the mistake they made. When I insisted on a fix, the employee grabbed my keys in an aggressive manner and took the car back. A few minutes later, they claimed it was fixed—but all they did was remove the incorrectly placed weights instead of properly rebalancing the wheel. Now my steering wheel vibrates while driving. Overall, this place reflects inexperienced and unqualified staff, poor workmanship, and unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend staying away if you value your time, your safety, and your vehicle.

  Thank you Janice and Jaleel for absolutely saving me on Sunday morning! I was about to start a 15 hour road trip home when I noticed a screw in my tire. I was in total panic mode trying to find businesses that were open on Sunday and would take me so last minute so that I could safely get home. Janice got me in immediately to patch my tire and Jaleel had me in and out within 30 minutes to get back on the road. Thank you guys so so much for helping me wrap up my Boston trip on a good note and getting me home safe :)
