This place is good if you’re willing to spend money and get something done! While it’s convenient to get work done here, I strongly advise you to get your car checked by a mechanic before visiting. I had come in for tire replacement and wheel alignment. After waiting for about an hour, I was informed that the alignment couldn’t be done due to my car’s condition, which would increase the price to over $1,800 (including tires). The issue is that I wasn’t informed about this problem or the price change until the end of the service. As a result, I only got the tires replaced, but without an alignment, they’ll be bald in just a few months without any mechanical repair.

Went for a rear alignment and rear tire replacements. The technician brought to my attention the inner wheel hub being bent. Had he not mentioned that, I wouldn't have made an appointment with my dealer under warranty to get it fixed for free. Great prices at Mavis too! I'll be back.

I made an appointment for an alignment one week ahead of time with this other company in roslindale. The guy cancel out on me half an hour before my appointment after I had taken the day off work just for this.
I need to find someone to my alignment short notice because the car was really wearing out my tires.
These guys I made was tired took me and I'm very short notice and got it all done only for $88.

My wife and I got a flat tire at 4:45 PM on a Sunday and fortunately Mavis tire in Dedham Mass. was strategically located otherwise I’m not sure what we would’ve done.
As my car limped into the parking lot, I was wondering if they’d be able to do a tire change in 15 minutes before closing. Alina Who was in the front office reassured us immediately that they would be able to take care of our problem and allow us to get home. Through her quick actions, efficiency, and hard work, she and the technician who was very knowledgeable and thorough, were able to quickly get us back in the road and home.
I would return to Mavis Tire and Would highly recommend Alina and the tire technician with my highest recommendation!
