- HHHoratioGiovanniJun 30, 20261.0Incompetent techs, indifferent staff, and just plain miserable to deal with. They'll take forever, do shit wrong, and happily charge you for the privilege. God help you if you have warranty work, you will NEVER see your vehicle again. As a bonus, it's impossible to contact this building directly without having to yell at a remote call service worker first. This place is TRASH. If you have a Cummins, consider going elsewhere, or buying a better engine.
- JMJohn McTigueMay 31, 20261.0Buyer Beware!!! Not for Residential Use!!!! If you thinking of purchasing a Cummings generator for home use STOP! I did. Owned for 8 years. I always viewed Cummings as a solid brand of engine. They are. BUT, OWNING A HOME GENERATOR IS MORE ABOUT SERVICE!!! Cummings is geared to a commercial market and charges DOUBLE what others charge to service their equipment. MANY GENERATOR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT SERVICE CUMMINGS EQUIPMENT!!! That leaves you no option but Cummings. I paid Cummings triple the cost of the equipment to service their generator over 8 years. On the 8th year, the only instance I needed the generator, it started but did not power the house and after 6 hours of running stopped. Cummings wanted $1,200 to visit for a diagnostic. Time to cut my losses with Cummings. I purchased a Kohler that can be serviced locally for less than half of what Cummings charges annually. LESSON LEARNED…ONLY BUY A GENERATOR FROM A LOCAL PROVIDER THAT WILL SERVICE, MAINTAIN AND STAND BEHIND THEIR EQUIPMENT! CUMMINGS IS NOT FOR THE RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER! THEIR BUSINESS MODEL IS SELL YOU LOW AND DRAIN YOU ANNUALLY.
