  I had a great experience at AutoZone.Dell was extremely helpful with my AC issue and took the time to explain what might be wrong and what products I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Thanks to his help, I was able to understand more about the issues I was experiencing. Excellent customer service and definitely a place I’d recommend if you need help with your car.

  I went to this AutoZone on Friday April 24 . It was just really the nicest place to walk into. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Gentlemen had smiles on their faces. Even though one of the gentleman was dealing with someone , he told me "il be with you in a min. ". I thought that was very nice. When the gentleman was done with his customer , he asked me how he can help. .I told him that I'm not so good with cars and I needed for him to see if I needed antifreeze , so that my car won't heat up. I asked him if his allowed to come to my car. Well , the gentleman did and showed me exactly where it would go . He got me the right liquids my car needed and helped me fill it. He helped me find a fuel cap that I also needed . . All around He was just a pleasure. No attitude, no macho stuff, just real professional business like. Got things done quickly and to the point. His Co worker was so nice , that he came over while we were out side and asked me " if it was OK to give my niece a bag of chips". I said ,"sure" as she loves Chips. These guys were all with such good attitude and smiles all around just even with the way they spoke to one another. It really made you want to cone back. You see I'm fromthe NY/,NJ area you don't get that alot where I'm from. They nasty and try to get everything done with the quickness. This gentleman didn't do that, he really helped me with what I needed and didn't do it in a rush. He did such a good job that I went back to my friend's house dropped off the car since she lived near by and got my own car. I came back the same day. The same guy helped me with my liquids and I purchased what ever both cars had needed. Such a nice experience. I do wish I lived near this AutoZone. They really did a nice job and with smiles. When I left as I got in the car and the gentleman was walking away, another lady gets out her car and says to him with a smile ," Can you help me?" He then with no hesitation walked over to her.These are the type of workers that are at this Autozone. Ladies if you have questions about ur car this is a great place to come. They are patient and will help you with out that macho junk. Very respectful people here. Just be patient and wait for someone to help you. Whenever, I come to Boston I'm coming back to this AutoZone. Such a pleasure. Also to the gentleman that helped me I THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH, and to the worker that gave my niece the chips . Thank you again. She loved them. I'm so sorry it took me a while to write this review. It wouldn't go through because when I put the store number don't know why it wouldn't take it so I had to come on Google to do it. Thank you all. Keep up the wonderful customer service.

  Dedham location had the best service ever!!!!! They went above and beyond and explained everything in detail. Manager even jumped in and helped out right away. I have been to many locations and you have to fight to get helped.
