  We were lucky enough to work with Wayne in sales and we just purchased a 2026 CX90. I never know what to expect in terms of pressure when I shop for a new car. Wayne’s demeanor is both friendly and low key. He’s enthusiastic about the car but didn’t pressure me at all. My husband and I test drove on separate days with Wayne and he let both of us choose the route and let us really get to know the car. We were at a different dealer the previous week and felt we couldn’t make a decision based on the short test drive. The other key factor that made us purchase the car was Wayne’s knowledge. It’s such a big decision and he was able to answer all our questions. Seriously, if you are thinking of buying a Mazda, go to North Shore Mazda and ask for Wayne!

  So very happy with my new Mazda CX-5 and grateful for the amazing assistance from Duarte, my salesman! Since 2003 I’ve had two Toyotas and been very pleased with them, but I don’t like the look of the recent Toyota models. A friend of mine said to look at Mazdas and I found that not only do they look great but they cost less! Still, I was unsure which model to go for, but Duarte helped me through the process with expert knowledge, no pressure, and a great sense of humor which I appreciated because, frankly, I don’t buy cars very often and it can be stressful. My new car is beautiful and has everything I wanted and more! Thank you!!

  A Refreshingly Honest and Stress Free Experience! I initially contacted North Shore Mazda via email to discuss pricing and availability. They were prompt, transparent, and immediately offered a fair price without any runaround. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Zach Fredericks for the test drive, feature walkthrough, and paperwork. Zach was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He transformed what can be a stressful process into a enjoyable experience. There was absolutely zero pressure from Zach or the sales manager. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and courteous, but the best part of the entire experience was the absolute lack of games. They delivered exactly what they promised at the exact price we agreed upon. While you should absolutely always do your homework before buying a car from anyone, it is incredibly refreshing to work with true professionals who respect your time and aren't trying to trick you into paying more. Highly recommend!

  Do not shop here. Someone named Kenny decided to string me along for a whole week about selling me a car and committed fraud on my credit application in which I refused to sign. Once I backed out of the deal back of the fraud, he decided to harass me from multiple different numbers. I attempted to do a deal with Wellesley Mazda instead and the harassment continued. When I called north end Mazda and spoke with Christina, I asked to speak to a manager. She proceeded to put Kenny on the phone who faked being someone named Chris. I called them out on it and they hung up. Once I called back, I spoke to someone named Xavier who claimed to be the general manager. He said he’s aware of their behavior and will take care of it internally, but I am unsure what that means. Kenny is allegedly a manager there which is quite sad if that’s who is representing this company. Do not deal with these people. 0/5 stars

  We recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5, and our experience was excellent thanks to Wayne. From the moment we walked in, he was knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and was always quick to respond when we needed information. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but Wayne made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his patience, honesty, and dedication to customer service. If you’re looking for a salesperson who genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Wayne.
