  Needed a new blower motor as my air system hasn’t been working properly and it has been unbearably hot. Called and they were able to schedule me in for the next day. Super fast, got back to me within a few hours of dropping it off letting me know the problem and the estimate (which in my opinion was so reasonable). Car was done within the day and the air system has been running perfectly since. Love that they are open on weekends as a lot of other auto places aren’t, I work during the week and need my car for work so being open on the weekend was super helpful. Would definitely come here again.

  William Brandon and crew were the nicest guys I have come accross in an auto shop so helpful and friendly reasonable and professional 5 stars to this great place!! They loved my dog!!

  This place is terrible. They market it as a fast service and is always 1 hour to get in the bay, they are super slow and have zero sense of urgency, horrific service. If you see 4 cars in line is gonna be 1.5 hours by thr time you come out. Fyii

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Huge Thank You to Brandon Valenti & Rodney at Monro Auto Service, Danvers, MA I cannot say enough about the incredible professionalism and dedication shown by Brandon Valenti and Rodney at the Monro Auto Center in Danvers, MA. Late on a rainy Saturday—four states away from home and 300 miles from my unique lug‑nut key—I found myself in a tough spot needing an urgent tire change before a business‑related car show. These two absolutely rescued me. Despite it being the end of the day, Brandon and Rodney went above and beyond to find a solution for my locked lug nuts. They worked quickly, skillfully, and with a calm, confident demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Their determination to get me safely back on the road was nothing short of outstanding. They managed to remove the lug nuts, swap the tire, and reinstall everything in record time—in the pouring rain, no less. Their effort, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a moment of real gratitude. I left not only with a fixed tire, but with a newfound appreciation for Monro Auto Centers and deep respect for these two exceptional professionals.
