  I can’t say enough good things about Brandon, the manager. He has made sure that every experience at this shop is the best it could possibly be. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to come here for service for my Audi while he is running the show. The new assistant manager also seems great to work with. I really appreciate the service I receive and how friendly everyone is. Many thanks to Brandon and his team. - Sharon

  Had a great experience. Had a bolt in the dead center of my tire, discovered at 6 Pm Friday July 3rd, major holiday weekend when I had a lot of travel planned. Initially went to Firestone across the street. Firestone was backed up and not open the next day either so they sent me across the street to Munro. Munro team was highly professional and was able to plug the tire within 15 minutes and I was on my way out the door. This was unfortunately the 4th screw/nail I’ve had in a tire in under 16 months and by far the best experience.

  I needed an emergency tow on Father's Day and was relieved to find this shop open. William, who was working that day, was very kind and even though they don't even work on hybrids, had the mechanic run the diagnostic test on my Prius. The results weren't good and I ended up having to leave it there for a full week while I made arrangements to donate it. This was all more complicated because I live in NH. They didn't charge me for a thing. Brandon was very generous and understanding when I spoke to him on the phone the next day and explained it all to him, including the delayed pickup. I spent a lot of time in their waiting room that first day and although I did not get my car serviced there, I met several others who were happy customers. If you want to reward good people who provide outstanding service even to a non-customer, go here.

  Monro Danvers seems to be going out of business. I went five (yes, 5) separate times to do a simple tire replacement, and they never solved my issue. On my last visit, they did a factory reset of my audio system without my permission (disconnecting my phone/music/bluetooth, changing the clock, altering the display settings) -- and this had nothing to do with the problem. I tried to resolve this through their officially posted methods, and weeks later, no response. There's an absence of professionalism on every level of this business.

  I went here today for a diagnostics on a Mazda that I purchased from Carvana, Unfortunately, they sold me a lemon. The men here were very straight up with me and told me to return this car due to all the issues that it has and will have. I can honestly say there’s not a lot of reputable honest mechanics out there But these guys here are the real deal and they’re not here to just take your money. They’re also here to help you and to make sure you don’t have to spend more money than you have to. I will be going back to this place to get my other car inspected As soon as I have it. I wouldn’t pay any mind to the bad reviews. Usually, the bad reviews are just inpatient people that didn’t get their way. Because I know a lot about cars myself, and I can tell you that these are the most too solid mechanics that you can find. I definitely would suggest going to this location than any other.
