  I had something wrong with my car (gas tank wouldn’t fill because the fumes weren’t escaping due to issue with EVAP system. They didn’t fix it and then I had to replace my gas tank from being sucked in! But that was a couple years ago…. This winter, I had them order all the parts for the two or three recalls on my vehicle. They said they ordered them and then never called me again!!!! I’m not even gonna call and ask them about it, I’m done with their customer service. Now I’m going to start going to Portsmouth. Kelly is very unreliable.

  I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is and how EASY it was to purchase a new car here. Jackie the GM, Jimmy and everyone else we worked with were polite, efficient and no pressure. It was probably one of the quickest and easiest times at a dealership I've ever had. Thank you all again!

  Had a great experience at VW Kelly thanks to Jimmy and Nick! They were both super helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They worked with me to get a great deal and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Really appreciate all their help — definitely would recommend asking for them specifically if you’re looking for a car 10/10 experience

  We decided to try Kelly VW for a preowned certified VW Taos. We called on a Monday to tell them we would be coming from Southern Maine and which three vehicles we would like to look at. We arrived and met by Peter Simmons. He was aware of our appointment and promptly had the three vehicles we requested brought to the front. We decided on one, test drove it and sat down with him to purchase it. Their finance officer Nick Gonzalez asked if we would like to try VW financing and possibly beat USAA. They did and by almost a full percent on the loan. The car will be delivered to our home town hall. The entire process was beyond smooth. They also stayed past 7pm, closing time, for us. I will gladly recommend Kelly VW and these two men personally to anyone looking to purchase a VW.

  kind staff. I went in for a awd service and specifically asked if they service the pump over the phone , i was told yes. I came in for the appointment and made sure to specify AGAIN that i wanted the pump cleaned and fluid changed. the service advisor this time around told me yes. Come to find out they only changed my fluid instead of properly doing the service I requested. I called when I found out I didn’t receive the service I was promised and instead of being told I can come back in to get what I paid for i’m told I need to get another quote. All in all the team was kind but it was unfortunate to not get the service I was promised.
