  We always have a great experience at Kelly VW! We have worked with Josh for two cars now and it’s always a pleasure. He makes the process of car shopping relaxing and enjoyable vs high stress at other dealerships. Barry in finance was also great to work with for the same reasons. We will continue car shopping at Kelly for future vehicles.

  I had the easiest negotiations I’ve ever had at a dealership and sales man Jorge Ochoa Was very personable and did not force anything on us. The overall experience was absolutely amazing.

  Gate keeping the keys to vehicle I own is awful. VW makes it impossible to replace their keys. The keys are shite and both original keys broke in the exact same manner after the same amount of regular use. They charge $250 to replace the key and then attempt to strong arm you into letting them ‘program’ the new key for another $250. Unless you’ve lost your physical key, this is not necessary. The new key parts can be swapped with old and will work fine. They argued up and down and finally ordered me a new key without programming. Then they held my paid for key and did not call/text/email to let me know they had received my equipment. Seems like a stupid frivolous thing to lose a customer over. Would never buy VW again after troubles with keys. Kelly VW dealership didn’t make it easier.

  I want to thank everybody over at Kelly VW for being so fair to my mother (Lisa Ruta-Sutherland) She has purchased two vehicles with Josh. Four from Kelly! He is amazing sales representative and has gone above and beyond to provide my mother with exceptional customer service. She was in a severe car accident recently in her beloved VW was totaled. Josh made the new buying process easy and affordable. Thank you!!!! 👏🏻

They provided me with a rental car free of charge until my new car was ready, which was incredibly helpful and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Alex was wonderful to work with—helpful, patient, professional, and truly made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process.
