Kelly INFINITI at Danvers has provided services beyond my expectations. I have recently bought an Infiniti from them and have been there a few times, they have been very professional and go beyond what the requirements are. Very satisfied with them.

If you buy something from this outdated system dealer, please keep your receipt because they won’t be able to look up the transaction without it. So NO RETURN will be accepted even the part we had was only purchased in 7 days. I had a pleasure to talk to Dan- the “ Part Manager” . I don’t know how he get to that position when he cant help my 70 years old look up the transaction for the return. Despite all the information was provided to him like… date, the purchase amounts and the credit card that used on the transaction etc….. The manager refuse the return and sounds like he has never lost a receipt ever in his life. He try to blame my 70 years old father had lost his receipt. I feel like I am living in the 90s after talking to that manager. Most of big store like Home Depot, Lowes, Cosco doesn’t even need the receipt anymore. They can just use the credit card information to find it in 2 seconds . After that were mention, I said I will contact the higher manager plus my father was begging him on the place, the guy “magically” found the transaction out in 2 mins. If my father isn’t asian who has a hard time to speak English, He would find it the moment he walked in I guess. Thanks god that he didn’t call ICE on him. That is the experience that we got treated after spending thousands on part over there. Yes, check your past transaction by the name of Duong Truong, you will see. My family is currently own 3 infinity and I do feel really really bad to introduce my father to Infinity line in general - the Denver, MA location in particular. We will bring out businesses to somewhere else where they really try to help in the odd situation. Wouldn’t recommend that dealer to anyone anymore.

I’ve had three INFINITIs over the past few years, and there’s a reason I’ll only have my vehicle serviced here. My service advisor, Nick Gird, is truly a rock star. The communication, attention to detail, and level of customer service he provides are second to none. He knows his customers, he knows their vehicles, and he understands that when you hand someone the keys to your ride, you’re trusting them to take care of it exactly the way you would. What really sets Nick apart is how he treats people. He makes you feel valued and important, not just as a customer, but as a person, a friend. That’s truly rare these days, and it’s a big reason I keep coming back. Nick represents what great customer service should look and feel like, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the way he takes care of his clients. If you’re like me and a little OCD about your vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Nick Gird—and only Nick Gird. I promise, you won’t be disappointed. Five stars all around for Nick and the service. And I certainly don’t want to forget the team behind the curtain who helps make it all happen. Kudos to all of you as well, and thank you for taking such great care of my vehicle.

My 2021 Infiniti QX 50 has a major recall on the engine so I brought it into the dealership. The dealership denied fixing the recall and assumed/deemed my car status as neglect, which was a convenient way for them to not have to cover the recall. I’m wholeheartedly disgusted because I have not neglected this vehicle and have kept up with regular Maintenance and oil changes. Infiniti said since the oil drip pan had sludge in it, they denied my recall repair request. Are used to like Infinitis but I will never recommend or buy another one based on the lack of accountability in covering the recall. They are no longer making the QX 50 and after doing some research online, I learned that infinity sales are down more than 60% in the last couple of years and the financial future looks poor for the company which is why a situation like man and hoping to get the recall addressed was denied. In fact, it is a common trend for infinity to deny repairing this recall, seems as though they are trying to stretch finances as much as they can. The idea of a major company like this thinking it’s totally fine for a child/children to be passengers in this car knowing the engine, jand people riding in harms way inexcusable and pathetic. They only reason why I read this place two stars is because I was able to use a loaner car which was very nice to drive and I even considered looking into purchasing it or that style I would never go with another infinity/nissan again. When I inquired and asked whether or not, I could escalate it and send the service records and deny/appeal. Their decision. I was given zero information about it. In addition to appealing their decision, I will be filing a complaint with a consumer protection bureau as well as the national Highway and traffic safety administration.
