I ended up needing a rental vehicle for a much longer period than expected while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, and throughout the entire process, the team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easier. From day one, they were accommodating, supportive, friendly, and incredibly professional. What stood out most was that they never made me feel like I was just another customer or transaction. They genuinely cared about my situation and took the time to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. A special shout-out to Michael, who consistently went above and beyond. He was compassionate, caring, and always took the time to ask how things were going. His customer service was exceptional and made a difficult situation much more manageable. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way he does. There are several Enterprise locations within a few miles of this one, and I have used multiple locations in the area over the years. Without question, this location provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. The difference is noticeable from the moment you walk through the door. If you’re looking for a rental company that values its customers, treats people with respect, and delivers outstanding service, I highly recommend this Enterprise location.
