  Soooo...my husband, trying to do a good thing, was putting leftover gas from snowblowing into my 2022 CRV. Surprise --- you can't use any old funnel...need to use a special one that comes with the car (which we were never informed of...and who really reads the entire manual?). It got stuck...and over $200 later, Honda "diagnosed" and fixed it. Now, a week later, I'm getting an Engine Emissions light. Honda wanted another $184 to "diagnose" the issue. A friend suggested I call Auto Zone...as they diagnose for FREE. Stephen was awesome and, ultimately, my mechanic will fix it for 1/2 the cost of Honda. Furthermore, while I waited my turn in line, I watched all the guys WORKING that day...They were hustling, moving quickly. They were SO POLITE to the customers...something I RARELY see anymore. Kudos to the Auto Zone team for great customer service and AMAZING WORK ETHIC :)
