  Safelight in Chicopee on memorial drive is excellent. I made my appointment online. They verified with me three times to make sure I was still able to make the appointment. They were very respectful and did a great job. They were done with my truck in less than an hour. With recalibrating the safety features for the new glass.

  Had the rear windshield replaced. The technician was able to come earlier than anticipated. Service was exceptional. 99% of the glass was able to be vacuumed up.

  I am giving the Chicopee, MA Safelite five stars despite the fact that they made an error, because of how they handled that error and the overall quality of their work. Last week, I went to them for the second time in two years for a new windshield, each time damaged by flying debris on the highway. Since they had the details about my car through my insurance and the fact that I was already in their system, I was surprised when they said they had the right windshield but found out when I went in that it was wrong. I was, admittedly, frustrated, but went home (luckily only 15 minutes away) and came back two days later. I walked to a nearby coffee shop to work while I waited and when I returned, they had replace my wipers for free. I had asked that they replace them when I signed up through my insurance, knowing I'd have to pay out of pocket for those. But I did not because they felt bad about the mistake and inconveniencing me. They also gave me a windshield cleaning product. A can so huge it is probably a lifetime supply! They were very sweet and their work and the calibration they did was top notch.

  Went to have my windshield replaced had scheduled the appointment through my insurance. Was never asked a VIN in safelites booking process to confirm anything nor did safelite EVER call to verify anything before having a part delivered. They texted day of appointment and asked if I could come in early And I would imagine it was to accommodate the staff on a holiday weekend. I did rearrange my schedule and offered to come in many hours early. When I was told the wrong part was ordered the manager didn’t even offer to see if the right part could be delivered. Mind you there was many hours until my original appointment time and I also offered to drive closer to the warehouse. When I told him I had allot of travel plans for the weekend and my vehicle was not safe he said “I didn’t crack Your windshield”. The managers customer service skills are server lacking and he couldn’t care less for my inconvenience. Safelites steps to make sure correct parts are ordered is severely lacking as well as customer service. I will not return to this location for sure.
