  New pilot very clean team is helpful. Ms Maudee was kind We the OTR drivers need rest when fatigued, but when there’s not enough parking available around the highway etc I am 5 year old pilot customer.After driving my shift on 8-18-25 I parked along the side of the lot because there were no open spaces. I exactly parked on left side of diesel pump 23 (last one) And a team member told me that I cant park I told him twice that as long as m not blocking anyone it would be fine as being doing it all over the country at pilot n other truck stops ...instead of understanding the situation He told me that i would be towed than called ms Maude and she explained new policy no parking except the designated spots. She explained that this policy will be enforced all over the country by pilot (and I am thinking 🤔 there is not enough parking spots at truck stops rest areas etc) to accommodate the number of trucks moving in MA and VT(VT is worse) so where would truckers go if this new policy is implemented ..... There’s a difference between enforcing parking rules and treating exhausted drivers without common sense is weird Pilot makes money off truckers every single day with expensive diesel price, yet some employees act weird towards drivers. Despite numerous reviews the Management has failed to address how drivers are being treated at this location 😕

  Staff discriminate non Americans that don’t have scannable ID, as a foreigner, why is it my driving licence can be used as a form of ID to drive and buy other controlled substances but not nicotine? The attitude from the employees made it clear that this is a brand wide issue, they didn’t have a protocol or system in place to deal with the situation and i felt marginalised and spoken down to as a result, i did not feel welcomed

  The gas here is cheap but high quality, lots of pumps and the location is excellent with easy in next to the mass pike.( Getting out can be difficult when busy as this place is a truck stop / gas station ) The store is very clean and organized and has everything you could need but at a price ! Plenty of food and drink options and every kind of snack that you can think of. Good amount of parking but I can see on a busy day it may be difficult to get a spot close to the store. Very modern as it somewhat new.
