  The ONLY reason why I deal with them is because my company has a service contract with them. I used to rent trucks from them when I was younger (15ish years ago) and they were great then. Unfortunately, the equipment that I was put in while my company truck was being worked on was ,well...I pos. It was disgusting and had over 500k miles on it...over 5 years old too. What happened to penske having newer trucks that were clean and well cared for? It wasn't just the one truck. The first one was a mechanical shit box and the second one I just took back after 4 miles and a flat tire. Said the hell with it and went home. Penske needs some serious work on their heavy truck class.

  Our company rents from them and they are the worst at getting fuel !!!! We used to rent from Ryder and they was always on point and never had attitudes and i never had to wait. Here at penski im always waiting and they all have attitudes. I've wait over 30 minutes a few times. Horrible customer service !!!

  I’ve rented a truck about once a year for quite a while now. These guys always make it simple. Solid five stars in my experience.
