  I just got off the phone with Monro in Chicopee after calling for a simple price estimate to have all four brake pads and rotors replaced. Before I could even finish explaining what I was looking to have done, I was given a starting price for one brake pad, which is fine, but every time I tried to clarify that I was looking for an estimate for the complete job, I was repeatedly cut off. I was never even able to fully explain that I wanted all four brakes and all four rotors done. When I finally said I wasn’t looking for a starting price and asked why I was continuously being interrupted, the employee hung up on me. I completely understand that a phone estimate may not be exact, but there’s no excuse for repeatedly cutting off a potential customer and then hanging up on them for trying to clarify a basic question. Terrible customer service, and I’m glad I found that out before giving this location my money.

  Starting off, today was one of the worst days of my life. My anxiety was getting the best of me. My depression was killing me. Upon arrival, the best customer service rep in the world was there for me. Greeted me with a smile. She was very courteous. Not only was she knowledgeable. She was super efficient. She was taking control of the store and making sure everyone was on point. All of the workers seem very happy and joyful. It was like a well oil machine. I never seen someone do such a great job. Yelitza went above and beyond. I recommend everyone please come to the store if anyone needs any help or assist. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. She is amazing. Ask for her. Yelitza for president.

  Terrible service. Confrontational attitudes. DO NOT bring your car here if you want quick and efficient service. They have terrible communication unless its to inform you that your service will take longer than expected which it will. Im glad i dont have to return

  I make a Appointment online for Saturday at 7:30 AM I got an email and a text message that day before your appointment is at 7:30 AM Came to this place open sign was not even on Then I noticed a light went on I walk in and I say I have an appointment at 7:30 and the lady in the front says our machine is down and I ask how come I didn’t get a notification she says it’s impossible to do it online 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷‍♂️
