  Needed part of the exhaust pipe replaced. Said they could do the work after ordering parts. Upon doing work said they ran into a problem which was “could not reach piping without dropping subframe.” Once I got the vehicle up on my personal jack, it was clear the technician at Monro stripped the nut and was therefore unable to remove the piping without further tooling. Not only did they cause major issues with the replacement but they also lied about the damage they did to the vehicle. Do not take your car here.

  Walked in to the office yesterday 6/22 around 12:30/1pm. Saw someone sitting in the garage area. He looked up at me and then looked back at his phone. Continued sitting there vaping and staring at his phone and completely ignoring me. Eventually he got up and walked into an area I couldn’t see then came back, looked at me again, and went right back to sitting and scrolling. Stood there for about 5 more minutes and nobody came to help me so I left. Insane.

  I paid $180 for the diagnostic but the technician could not find the problem and try to make up another unsure problem…highly Not recommended anyone to come here

  Repair was done timely and efficiently. My only issue was that I came in specifically because there was a 100 brake job coupon for the memorial day weekend and I was told it didn't qualify. Staff seemed confused at the flyer as it mentioned 50 per axle and couldn't really tell me why it didn't qualify.
