    Was overcharged by about $35. When questioned we were told it would be refunded but no credit was received. When asked for proof of credit it could not be provided and was given the run around.

    My car was stolen and my insurance company offered discount thru Enterprise. The Service was great. They even were able to bring me home afterwards. I even had to edit my reservation and they were very patient with me and took good care. Very clean reliable vehicle.

    Rented me a car that was thousands of miles overdue for an oil change, and the red oil light came on as soon as I got it home. I had to spend my entire Friday night awaiting an Uber and a tow truck, so I could be driven 45 minutes to Bradley Airport, where i had to wait another hour, to pick up another car, at 11:00 PM. This is the worst ordeal I have ever dealt with in 15+ years of renting cars and it completely upended all of my plans for the weekend. edit: You can also tell by their ridiculous response that they are not serious about making this right. Of course they didn't "intend" to inconvenience me!!! But they did anyways due to incompetence and oversight, and they don't even have the decency to APOLOGIZE for it. How could I possibly "rest assured" that you are "striving" to provide the best possible service when you don't even check the the oil mileage on a car before renting it out to someone? That's not "striving" -- it's quite literally failing to do the bare minimum. No one from the local Chicopee branch has so much as attempted to reach out to remedy this issue. They simply linked me to the national customer service page for their company, and expect me to do the work to make things right. If I could reduce this to 0 stars based on Stacy's response, I would.

    Have called several times and have been placed on hold for 10+ minutes, only to have the call disconnected. Every. single. time. What kind of service is that?

    You might be made to feel like a common criminal. When I was reaching the end of the contracted period for the rental, I received a call from the rep who managed my rental from day 1. He requested payment for the taxes owed on the vehicle as this rental was paid by my insurance company and I was responsible for the taxes. No problem, however, I had not returned the vehicle yet and needed to extend it a few more days while my own vehicle was still being repaired. I advised the Rep that I needed to get in touch with my insurance company and that I would circle back with him once I did that. The Rep was adamant that I settle the taxes right then and there. I repeated to the Rep that I would circle back with him after I spoke to my insurance company. Again, he was adamant that I pay the taxes right then and there and questioned my need to communicate with my insurance company as though I was going to run out on the bill (they literally had my credit card information on file). To say that interaction made me feel like I was viewed as a criminal or someone looking to get over - was an understatement. Additionally, the rep did not follow up like he said he would. The day I picked up the car, I requested to swap out the full size SUV they put me in for a smaller CUV. The Rep said it shouldn't be a problem. It never happened. Meanwhile, they charged the higher SUV daily rate. I had the rental for over a month (I see now why he never swapped the car out). I hope your experience is better than mine was.
