She speaks English and Spanish, so if any customer doesn't speak English, don't worry, Emely will help you with everything and make you feel welcome. She always gives me a clean, late-model car. This location is A+.
- BPbryana papkeJul 28, 20261.0Another enterprise that claims they can’t do x,y,z that I’ve experienced opposite claims of at other locations. I can’t use my debit card at the airport, lie #1 considering I just flew in from using my debit card at another airport in Florida. Lie #2 I can’t use a debit card on a one way rental. Again I’ve done this before. Lie #3 they can’t reduce the deposit amount so my credit card can cover it. It seems every agent thinks for themselves and decides their way. Every location has different “rules” they swear are at “every location”. I will be looking to start using another company as a gold member, 2 days away from the final tier I’m very dissatisfied.

The car had a small dent when I received it and I recalled it to the manager but she said “that is not a big deal” “that’s not a major damage” so I trusted in what she said and took the car with me, but when I returned the car to enterprise they charged $500 because of the same dent. The manager was there that day and didn’t come out to admit I recalled that dent when she rented the car, she only run to her office and closed the door. I am sure She was hiding because she remembered everything and they just wanted to take my money.
