  Don't make the mistake I made. When returning my car the man at the desk had 1 person he was helping. He told me to leave the key with him and he would check my car back in and I would receive an email receipt (which I should have known better because never have I left the car without being checked). The next morning I still hadn't received a receipt so I called and apparently it still showed that I never returned the car. Customer service had to send a request to the branch to close my contract and I'm still waiting.

  Such professionals at this branch! Completely focused on customer satisfaction. They were accessible when I had a small issue and upgraded me immediately with no issue. Enterprise is always a safe bet, but this particular branch really outdid itself.

  Do not rent from this Enterprise in Chelmsford! They don’t return deposits and on top of that they tried charging my account $100 with a notification, email, phone call, etc. They are quick to charge but forget about seeing your deposit or getting a phone call back from anyone!! Worse customer service ever!
