  Car was so clean and comfortable ! Easy pick up and drop off. The Chelmsford office has wonderful customer service! At pick up and drop off, Collin and Vicki were very patient and kind. Bravo for making a busy rental business feel very personal. Thank you both.

  Staff is stellar but overall experience can be much improved. Take detailed pictures and videos of everything before driving away and at the moment you return the vehicle. Also note starting and e ding mileage and fuel status. This protects you from claims that you damaged the car or that you returned the car with less fuel than at the time of rental (we were overcharged for fuel despite evidence). The vehicle was clean but had horrid water spots everywhere and we needed to clean all windows and mirrors ourselves.

  This company is not serious, I rented a vehicle, it would be paid by a third-party insurance company that I called to fix my car, but I left a deposit of 100 dollars with them, I already delivered the car more than 18 days ago and they still haven't returned my deposit, I've already called twice and nothing yet
