I was supposed to pick my car up anytime after 8 AM. I showed up at 9 AM. They said no cars available and asked me to come in the evening.

I consistently rent cars from the Enterprise Chelmsford MA store. Every time, the staff there provides me with the best available vehicle. The cars are always spotless and equipped with all the standard features.

Fantastic service by Chelmsford Enterprise from the time they picked me up from the repair shop untill the end of the repair process The location manager provided me with all of the steps involved with the rental and how my insurance company would work with them. When my vehicle had been repaired, Enterprise enabled me to drive my vehicle home while they picked up the rental vehicle. Totally recommend Enterprise for professional process, easy returns of vehicle and excellent rental vehicle to fit my needs.

Don't make the mistake I made. When returning my car the man at the desk had 1 person he was helping. He told me to leave the key with him and he would check my car back in and I would receive an email receipt (which I should have known better because never have I left the car without being checked). The next morning I still hadn't received a receipt so I called and apparently it still showed that I never returned the car. Customer service had to send a request to the branch to close my contract and I'm still waiting.

Such professionals at this branch! Completely focused on customer satisfaction. They were accessible when I had a small issue and upgraded me immediately with no issue. Enterprise is always a safe bet, but this particular branch really outdid itself.
