  Just bought a car from here and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, first I’d like to thank John he was the first person we were approached by, very friendly very nice and down to earth, then we had the pleasure of going on a test drive with Bella, then Brian was very informative with any question we had. If you’re looking for a car please go here. No need to ask for anyone specific because everyone will go over the top and get you what you want. I told them what I was looking for in a car and they overdelivered, and I am so excited. Not to mention my car is BEAUTIFUL 😍 Thanks a ton to John, Brian, Alexis and last but certainly not least Bella!

  The easiest dealership that I have walked into in the last 6 weeks that didn’t make me want to walk right back out! From the moment I walked through the door at Butler GMC I felt at ease there was absolutely ZERO pressure from anyone there. They let me lead with all my questions and most importantly listened actively listened to me. My team at Butler RICK, BRIAN, and JOHN were so exceptional.   I came in with very little hope to get into a car that we actually like to drive and we are leaving with a car that’s even better than we expected. Honestly the whole team was amazing we worked most with Bella who is a ray of sunshine! John & Brian are the owners and went above and beyond to help us and we couldn’t be happier. Bob was so sweet even though he didn’t help us he was a part of the process! Alexis in finance is a wealth of information. This was the most well-informed and quick deal I’ve made buying a car. Thanks again guys!

  These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had been looking for a reliable vehicle for a long time, and honestly, the process of finding something that fit within my budget and situation was not easy. I had been through a lot personally, and finding the right vehicle felt like another huge challenge on top of everything else I was dealing with. Then I came across these guys, and they truly went above and beyond for me. Not only were they able to get me approved, but they were able to make it happen with NO money down, which meant more to me than they probably even realize. Brian was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He stayed in contact with me, was patient with me, and continued to work with me despite some of the challenges I was dealing with in my personal life. I never felt like I was just another customer or another sale. They treated me like a real person, and that made a huge difference. Everyone I interacted with was genuine, kind, patient, and actually willing to help. In a world where buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, overwhelming, or like people are just trying to get your money, my experience with them was completely different. They made me feel heard, respected, and supported. I’m genuinely grateful that I found this dealership and that they were able to help me get into a vehicle that I needed. Sometimes the right people come along at the right time, and I truly feel like that was my experience here. If you’re in the market for a new or reliable vehicle, I would HIGHLY recommend giving these guys a chance. Definitely talk to Brian and the team before going anywhere else. You won’t regret it! ❤️🚗

  Brian and Rich were Awesome to deal with! They let me bring the vehicle home to make sure my disabled spouse could get in and out of the vehicle without any problems. Brian and I spoke about a no hassle buying experience. I advised him right from the onset that I just wanted his best price for the new vehicle and my trade in. He called me the next day with his offer which was more than fair. I was able to fill the paperwork out online so our time at the dealership wasn't so long. They have a very laid back atmosphere in the showroom which is very nice. We had an appointment to meet that afternoon to purchase and pick up the vehicle. Alexis in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with. Rich went over everything in the new vehicle with us. Also when I returned for an inspection sticker he showed me a couple more things... They are more than happy to answer your phone calls or text messages! My family was involved in the Automotive sales business when I was younger for many many years and I just want to say that Butler GMC knows how to treat their customers without all the frills and gimmicks!
