  Great service from honest staff! They will not try to sell you things you do not need!! I have been here for many different services through the years. They also offer coupons on the website. Devin is wonderful!!

  I got a flat tire in the evening, there was a piece of metal sticking out and the air was going out very fast. I first called the official dealer, but they couldn’t even tell me if they had my tires in stock and just said they would call me back. I was very nervous, I had my 2-year-old daughter in the car, my husband was on a business trip, and honestly I don’t understand anything about tires. Then I called the nearest Sullivan Tire, and a very kind woman answered the phone. She understood that I was stressed, spoke to me very calmly, listened to the whole story, helped me find where to look for my tire size, and really encouraged and reassured me. She found the right tires for me for the next day, even though other places didn’t have them. I had to use tire sealant and pump the tire to be able to drive to their shop, but once I got there, they changed my tires in about an hour. The price was lower than at the official dealer, and the service and speed were much better. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this place.

  The entire team was amazing! I came into Sullivan Tire in Canton around 2:15 pm on Saturday 4/12 with a flat tire, and my husband and I were in a rush to make a 5pm flight. They helped us fix our issue, and we made our flight! Every single person in the store went above and beyond with troubleshooting and assisting us, as Devon answered all of our questions, and Austin moved quickly and efficiently to help us out. There was also another gentleman visiting from a Nashua NH Sullivan Tire who offered to drive us to the airport! We are not from the area, but AAA recommended this store, and I am so happy we ended up here. I honestly do not think I have ever received customer service at such a high level of concern, care, detail, attention, and expertise. I cannot thank Sullivan Tire enough! They literally saved my car and my vacation!THANK YOU!!!

  Since stop going to dealer for services I have come to Sullivan for my car. Customer service was always perfect. Drop off or wait. Thank you Customer service.
