  As a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles and most shops taking advantage of that, Lou’s and their employees are not one of those shops. The woman at the desk and the owner were wonderful people! The mechanic Mark was so helpful, showing me all of the parts which needed to be fixed and explained everything in a way I could understand! I’m very grateful for their honesty and care for my vehicle. Thank you Lou’s, you’ve earned yourself a new customer in the future and will recommend you to others as well!

  Pulled in at like 3:00 knowing they close at 5:00 pm. I figured I would get a price on a muffler for my truck after a backfire blew apart my muffler. They had it on the lift 10 minutes later and were already tearing off the old muffler. I was gone an hour later with a brand new stainless magnaflow installed. Things running mint and the price was very fair. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys!

  Came in for exhaust work and had an amazing experience. Fast service, fair price, and the guys were super nice and honest about what I needed. They put my car on the lift showed me the issue and I only had to wait for about 45 min they showed me the finished work that I am so happy with! My car sounds and runs great now. Highly recommend!"
