Best place to go in the area hands down. Hell I would drive from NH to have them work on my cars. Sue, Paul, and the guys in the shop are the greatest people. Put exhaust on my car in less than 20 minutes. They’re fast and efficient and know what they’re doing. The reviews don’t lie, this is the place to go. Thanks a million on the work you guys did. Hopefully I’ll get the Boss to Mustang week this year! Thanks again and stay safe guys!

Amazing customer service I was able to come in and get serviced very quickly. Pointed out future work needed found leaks. They definitely go above and beyond, and I would always recommend coming to this Lou’s

This is my second time using Lou's for my exhaust issue on two different vehicles a year apart. I thought the first time I just got lucky and found a place that is fair in pricing and amazing with customer service.
Today I was back to get some work done on my husband's truck. Amazing experience all the way through. Fast service even though I was a walk in!!
Respectful and informative on work that needed to be done at a fair price!! An example of a well run customer service based business with integrity,a rare find today. Would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!
This place needs and deserves 10 stars!!
Showed up and was out the door within 20 minutes. My exhaust on my 2008 tail pipe disconnected from the muffler. Showed me the problem before and after it was fixed, and only charged me $60. Friendly staff and great service.

Came in this morning (6/16/26 around 8:30am) for an estimate on a muffler delete on a Honda CRV. That was fine.
However, the guy who they had come to pull my car does not speak English. I tried telling him that the parking brake was engaged and for him to turn it off before handing off my keys.
When he pulled my car off the lift, I stood with him by the car door and noticed the parking brake was still engaged. I asked if he engaged the brake again. He said no.
That was probably a distance of 100-200 feet
Also, the guy drives like a maniac for such a small parking lot. Especially when the prospective client is right there
I’m not noticing anything at the moment with my brakes, but man, I’m upset.
Talk about a horrible first impression
