    The staff were very friendly, polite and professional throughout the entire rental process. I am thankful for their support as it helped ease my worries about the rental experience and expectations. Rather the staff were thorough and supportive. I highly recommend this location as it was smooth and easy!

    Awful. Not well coordinated. I returned my car one hour before due time and next day I receive an email saying I have never returned my car!!!! Nobody you can call.had to pay an uber back and forth to go to the office to confront l. Shame

    I am very sorry, but I do not understand why Sixt does this. Maybe they have some unknown financial problems and this is their solution. I rented a car for seven days from May 1 till May 7, but I received my invoice for 20 days from 1 May till May 20 and money was taken from my bank account. No actions on my complains Maybe because I am a tourist and it will be difficult for me to defend myself, I do not know. When I returned the car in the same day I had a flight back to Europe, but Sixt wants me to pay for thirteen days more when the car was returned and I was not even in the US anymore. Very sad and very expensive experience. Before choosing Sixt, think about whether it is what you want. Especially if you tourist and not a US citizen. :(

    I rented a car from your company at Boston Airport — a 2026 Cadillac. I kept it for more than 10 days and everything went smoothly. I picked it up at the airport without any issues. When I returned it, I needed another car. A person named Richard contacted me and upgraded my status to PREMIUM and Sixt+. I then rented a car for an entire month. However, when I went back to the airport to pick up the car, a woman named Jess was very rude and refused to rent me the vehicle because I use a debit card instead of a credit card. So please explain to me: if that was the policy, why was I previously able to rent a Cadillac using my debit card? Then Richard made another reservation for me to pick up the car in Cambridge. When I arrived there, the employee refused to rent me the car because my driver’s license states that I need glasses at night. But when it came time to charge my money and check my license beforehand, nobody mentioned anything about this issue. Again, why was I allowed to rent a Cadillac the first time? What criteria does this company actually use? Because I honestly do not understand the inconsistency. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of consideration and respect shown toward your customer. On top of that, I lost time, missed important commitments, and dealt with unnecessary stress because of this situation. Also, I still have not received my refund.
