  Both Trevor and Sharine were very helpful and friendly at pickup and dropoff. The car was new and clean and comfortable. The price was competitive. Everything went smoothly. The Cambridge location is good for me, on the redline subway. I will likely use this location in the future.

  Expect to wait in line even if you have already a reservation, around 45-1 hour. They are probably short in staff, but as a customer you get so frustrated. I travel all over the world and I had multiple experiences renting cars. Here it was the worst place. How is it possible that every rental with new customers takes 30 minutes or more? Crazy crazy
