Was told upon collection that the car we had booked was not available for one-way rental and only managed to obtain the car after we had extended the rental. thankfully the return office allowed the car to be returned and the excess amount refunded.

I rented a car for vacation. The enterprise website showed the vehicle as ready to pick up. This location gave me a call from a unknown number (which I did not pick up because it looked like spam) trying to say they didn't have a car. They did not update the reservation online. I show up to find out my vacation travel plans have been ruined without warning.

I really appreciate the friendly and professional service. The sedan we got was quite new (2026 model) and very clean. The complimentary pickup service made the experience smooth.
