  My insurance messed up and didn’t make a reservation when they told me they had. Knowing I was in a rush, this enterprise was able to get a car ready for me within 10 minutes, and even waived the out of pocket fee I would have had to pay for getting a larger car. Thank you to the workers here!

  This Enterprise location was efficient, personable, and easy to access. I had to rent a car for the day and Sarah offered a personal touch to a quick process of picking up and returning the car. I will definitely use this location in the future!

  Excellent helpful staff. Quick service and quick replies when needed. Rides to/from my home make it the car rental agency for me.

  I used Enterprise car rental here in Cambridge for the first time this past weekend and I have to say I couldn't be happier.. Beth made the process seamless and welcoming..The online booking system made pick-up incredibly quick.. If you need a hassle - free rental experience I would recommend coming here..

  At pickup, we observed some damage to the right side of the car. The Enterprise employee said that it was "minor," that it would eventually be "buffed out," and that, in such cases, they did not record the damage. At drop-off, we were asked if the damage was pre-existing to our rental and we confirmed that it was. Today, the day after drop-off, I have received an email with damage claim information. I am not pleased with this hassle.
