  Terrible, they should not be having a sign that says A/C service because whatever they are doing over there is messed up , people work hard for their money and having someone paying $200 for A/C where as they don’t even check for leaks and the service didn’t even last a week , they really think it’s a joke because there was no empathy or understanding regarding my frustration, I wish people don’t waste their money over there . go get your A/C fixed somewhere that actually can resolve your problems . 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫this is not how it is supposed to be , if service is provided and turn out to be ineffective, there should be either compensation or some sort of compromise, otherwise it is no different then pointing a gun at me and taking my mone

  Has a great positive experience with my oil change. They checked all my fluids and tires, lights etc. All staff were professional and courteous. They didn’t try to sell me on any extras and they were quick service

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received following an oil change at this Valvoline location on May 15, 2026. Prior to this service, I had owned and driven my 2016 Volvo XC90 for several months without experiencing any underbody issues, dragging noises, or engine oil pressure warnings. Approximately two weeks later, on May 29, while driving from Massachusetts to New Hampshire for a school residency program, I suddenly heard a loud dragging noise coming from underneath my vehicle while traveling on the highway. Concerned for my safety, I stopped and took the vehicle to a nearby mechanic. Upon inspection, the mechanic discovered that fasteners securing an underbody panel were missing, causing the panel to hang down and drag against the roadway. Once the missing hardware was replaced, the noise stopped immediately. What concerns me even more is that less than a month after the oil change, my vehicle displayed a “No Engine Oil Pressure – Stop Safely” warning yesterday . When I checked the oil level, I found it to be unexpectedly low and near the minimum level despite the oil change having been performed only weeks earlier. In all ,the timing raises legitimate concerns about whether my vehicle was properly serviced and inspected. As I write this review, I am debating whether I can trust the same location to inspect or correct the issue or whether I should take my vehicle directly to Volvo for an independent inspection. I would be interested to know if other customers have experienced similar issues after service. This experience has been stressful, disappointing, and has left me questioning the quality control and attention to detail provided at this location.

  This is my second time at this Valvoline location today. Keep in mind I travel from Bridgewater where there is another location, but make the trip to this location as service is always stellar! The workers are always kind, efficient, and very thorough throughout the entire oil change process. They performed multiple checks on my car which included but not limited to checking my lights, filters, and even putting air in my tires. What I appreciated most was that I never once felt pressured into purchasing extra services. They took the time to actually show me my filters and kept me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle, which made me feel comfortable and informed the whole time. The shop was somewhat busy and full of customers, but everyone was working efficiently. It was nice to see the employees constantly communicating with one another, helping each other out, and keeping everything moving smoothly. Definitely would recommend coming here!
