  Very slow service,very annoying coming here with the employees playing around with each and try selling you a service that you don’t ask for.. one oil change took me more than 45 min and i was asked to move from one bin to the other 3 times. Never coming back this location again and nevemind the price $130 for oil change is ridiculous … you guys need to get better.

  I always take my high mileage Honda Element here. The coupons make the full synthetic oil change a little less pricey. They also flushed my power steering fluid yesterday when I went and assisted with that in my driver's seat.

  I normally don’t write reviews but this place just costs me an extra $120 dollars because of their negligence. I went in a month ago for a quick oil change and was hounded to replace everything that it didn’t need. I expected that but what I didn’t expect is for them to show me my oil filter cap (usually on Toyota/Lexus, different from the oil filter tins). And they claimed it was broken (figured out without 5 mins that the piece that was “broken” is removable). Was told if I refused to fix it, it could possibly “leak” and they’d have to void the warranty. I figured they were taking advantage and declined. A month later, get an oil level low warning and I look under my car to a pool of oil underneath. Figured it was the oil filter cap and went to another shop to get it fixed. Turns out they never replaced the gasket, it was straight up missing!! The gasket has to be replaced every time you change the filter. And of course they added a warranty voided note to my receipt so I cant get a refund. All in all, terrible experience and will never go another valvoline ever again. Overpriced for nothing.

  The service team was great and the main guy Taquan he reminded me of Kevin Hart Get Hard, Jumanji. He was so smooth, cool and funny. The positivity from the staff was great and happy to have gone there for the oil change,n filter etc. Keep up the great work and so cool that Valvoline did not disappoint as they turned up!

  By far the worst service stopped by because check engine light came on and was the closest to me. Employees were nice at first until started completely avoiding the task in to assist me. Don’t remember the employees name he got called over to assist the manager and completely ignored him and didn’t even help. Rest of employees kept laughing just a completely immature workplace wouldn’t recommend didn’t even fix what I needed help with. If u can give zero stars I would
