  My daughter is a student at the college. She had a slow leak in her tire. She drove there and left it for them to look at. She called and said they were going to replace the two tires bc it is all wheel drive. When I called he told me her lug nuts were "rusted" so he had to replace them. She was totally taken advantage of and they added a $72 maintenance plan for the tires and $50 in lug nuts. When I talked to him on the phone he spoke as if by replacing the tires they are warrantied. He never gave us the option of the price without these additions. Our mistake for not asking more questions, and for trusting them to do be upfront and honest. Two tires on for $650-buyer beware!

  Such horrible customer service. Ordered tires online to be told they don’t have them anymore in store. Highly don’t recommend this place

  At the Brockton Sullivan Tire location on Belmont Street, the employee Steven was extremely rude to me. I told him I wanted only my brake pads replaced, meanwhile he was insisting on doing an entire list of things I did not want done at the time. While I was trying to politely request he only proceed with a brake pad replacement, he would interrupt me saying “I think you’re hearing me, but you’re not understanding me,” while he continued to explain either they work on an entire list of things or they not work on my car at all. It was extremely unprofessional and I will not be doing business with Sullivan Tire ever again, and I will be telling everyone I know the same.

  More out to make a profit than helping the customer I took my tire in to be repaired but they told me that the tire wasn’t fixable and I need a new tire which I did not want the uneven wear so I left and went somewhere else that fix the tire. So now they lost a customer that would have been coming back for four brand new tires but now I am now. Sir the only reason why I came to your shop was because of the last time that I was there your company repaired my tire. That was the only reason why I came and you are putting up a video stating you can’t when you did. Second your people stated that they couldn’t find the cause of the problem then they came out to me stating that I needed a new tire because the tire looks like it’s dry rot and I said I’m good I do not need a new tire then they came back out to me stating again that they found the problem that I needed a new tired because they couldn’t repair the tire. So your people were trying to sell me a tire because they knew what the problem was and that is why I stated profit before helping out the customer.
