  Great experience with the Brockton Belmont Safelite location... The reception staff was friendly, the waiting area was clean, and the skilled technicians had my replaced my rear windshield in a timely fashion. Thank you

  Quick, competent service. They came to our home and fixed a broken car window in less than an hour. Technician was competent and thorough.

  The reason I rated my experience a 6 is because when the technician came to perform the service, the work order showed that my windshield wipers were supposed to be replaced. However, the technician only had one wiper available, so the replacement was canceled and I was told I would receive a refund. I paid about $70 for the wipers, but I was only refunded $42. I also paid for the water-repellent treatment for the windshield, but the technician’s work order did not show that I had requested or paid for this service. The treatment was not applied, and I have not received a refund for it either. I would appreciate it if Safelite could review these charges and refund the remaining amount for the services/products that I paid for but did not receive.

  Unreliable, my original appointment with Safelite in Brockton MA was schedule through Gieco app for Windshield replacement, after waiting 2hrs for them to show up, they call to inform me due to an emergency they will have to reschedule, which I was find with. so I went the whole weekend with a crack window awaites for my appointment which was reschedule for the following Monday between 8am and 12 pm. No one called or shows. I do not reccommand scheduling your glass repair with safelite loacated in Brockton MA.
