  One star review is a favor because I can’t give zero. Stay away from this place. They replaced the windshield on my Lexus and three weeks later the rear view mirror fell down. I took the car in to fix the mirror and couple ours later my son picked the car up. I came home and inspected the warranty repair on the windshield and found out they damaged all exterior moldings and threw them away and left a small crack on the windshield, in addition to broken clips on the cowl cover which tell left hanging loose. I went in the shop next day to speak with the manager and he claimed they didn’t do it. The interesting part is that I bought the car new from the dealer and this shop was the first to ever touch the windshield. After I told them I was going to call Safelite and my insurance company, the tech went inside and came out with new moldings claiming that they could replace them for free. However, they still denied the crack left on the windshield was not caused by warranty repair. I had to open a new claim with my insurance company to have the windshield replaced at another shop which is not Safelite. My windshield was replaced by a reputable local shop which did a wonderful and professional job. Stay away from Safelite and specifically this shop in Brockton.

  If you can go somewhere else do it and thank me later. One of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with many issues over a months time. First they put the wrong windshield on my car after waiting 4 hours at the business. Then I told them I wanted a mobile replacement done which they agreed and got a no call no show and I needed to call them with no explanation wasting a day off from work. Then Ive had another cancellation which was alright due to weather. Then today I get a call about my upcoming appointment that it can't be done at my house due to calibrations not being done by mobile. Mind you I've gotten emails from safelite corporate saying for me to have gas in my car at my house so they can calibrate it. Let's see if Friday works out. Update: my windshield was put on successfully and the tech was great. However my overall experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I think I'm good ever coming back here

  Safelite was great. The appointment was easy to set up. The tech arrived on time and got the job done in less time than I expected. 5 stars. I recommend safelite to anyone know needs a new windshield.

  This is my second time my windshield has been replaced. When I picked my car from Safelite, my remote starter didn't work. Now replacing my windshield again, the tech that arrive at our house was pleasant and professional, and when I asked him about the issue with the remote starter, he was able to find out that the cable was sliced on the previous install. I wish the company would've tried to trouble shoot the issue but this tech was amazing!
