  I can not say enough how GRATEFUL I am to Alex and all the rest of the team at this location. I opted to change my warranty visit to Brockton as another store had already attempted 3 times prior. First, when I arrived the team knew nothing about the horrible experience I already had 3 times and listened to everything I said. Second, after hearing everything they checked and my windshield was infact faulty. Third, I was so upset to hear they do not send surveys for warranty visits. I feel they truly deserved to be recognized for what they fixed not only with the windshield but with the awful 3 past experiences I already had! Thank you again!!!

  The service was excellent, The ask if I want to go then come back, I said I would stay. The desk lady offered me some coffee and provided me with the tv remote to watch some tv while it was nice and chill, I was very happy.

  Convenient, flexible, reliable windshield replacement. Easy to book and change appointment date and location. Excellent communication with technician. No need to deal with insurance company, this task is done by Safelite.
