  I've been here twice. The first time for a flat tire. Ok. The second time was to replace windshield wipers - a quick fix. Both mechanics dressed in pajamas and flip flops should've been a red flag. After waiting over an hour, I was told I needed new rotors. The windshield wipers never got changed and after going to a another place found out my brakes were just fine. So I have no idea what these guys were doing or looking at?

  I would go somewhere else. I have brought my car in there twice and left in more danger than before. My brakes were put on backwards. And non of the essential fluids that’s supposed to be topped off were done. It’s always a you can comeback. Time is important having to go back for someone to fix the is so annoying.

  I came in for ONE simple fix and somehow left with a whole imaginary crisis list. Nothing they said even made sense just a bunch of random URGENT problems thrown together hoping something would stick. It’s honestly impressive how fast they turned a normal car into a barely surviving fix it alll day situation. At this point, they’re not checking vehicles they’re scouting bank accounts. Every five minutes it was another URGENN issue. Urgent for who? Because my car was doing just fine before y’all started playing mechanic and life coach for my finances. And the attitude? Nasty for no reason. How are you pushy, wrong AND rude all at once? That combo needs to be studied. This place doesn’t fix cars they test how easily you’ll fold under pressure. If you like being talked into problems you didn’t have and paying for stress, Monroe is your spot. If not, save your money, your time, and your sanity. They need a reality check, not more customers.

  I had appointment a month or 2 ago for install new tires that I purchased elsewhere. The service took nearly 3 hours for installation and balance only; when I looked inside the shop, I saw those techs walking around and making jokes. When I look online, installation on 4 tires costs around $35 per tire but I ended up pay $50 per tire plus disposable fee. It was too late since they already installed them tires but the vehicle vibrates alot when I drive. I had the feeling that the tech dropped the centric ring between the axle and the wheel; I was RIGHT when I personally took them off see inspect. I had to buy new centric rings and applied them which improved way too smooth. Would reconsider going to this place again and you should becareful as well!

  me the same situation. I went autozone too get a second look. And It reads my coil 2 is bad. But they keep on saying coil 2 isn’t bad and now there saying that it’s my fuel ejectors now. Told me the price $700 on there end they told me if I can find the part for them mean I got go out my way find a part for them. So they can put it in. After all this mess they could have done this in first place then have me come back 3 times and solve the issue. Worst mechanic place, I will never bring a car here. Fars as my oil went out in 2 weeks after a synthetic oil change. After they blame on me saying I ride to much..Which I hardly ride maybe 5-6 hrs a day. No way oil goes bone dry.
