  I had a tire suddenly pop out of nowhere, and they got me back on the road quickly. The staff was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, replaced my tire efficiently, and made a really stressful situation so much easier. The pricing was fair, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for fast, reliable service. Thank you again for taking such great care of me!

  NEW MANAGEMENT! You know how it feels when people say their friend is a mechanic? I feel that way about this location and all their employees. I have finally found a place that’s professional incredibly capable and feels like my friend that’s a mechanic. The new manager is amazing and was able to take a look at my car same day I called to tell me what’s wrong. I never once felt taken advantage of or unsure. Everyone there is so kind and helpful and the communication is top tier! I dropped off my car at 9am and it was completed by 11:07am! And they do everything and they do it well, my car feels brand new! 1000% recommend, don’t even look at reviews prior to 6/20/26. Come in and see for yourself this is a gem of a find and I’m so grateful to finally say, I have a mechanic. And the pricing is incredibly fair! Have you ever felt like you wanted to tip your mechanic? I did! Thank you all at Monro, I’ll be telling everyone to get their cars fixed with you.

  I brought my car in for an issue with control arms. Creaking when steering and unstable driving. $1300 for both control arms and alignment. 4 days in the shop. Within a week, I had the same issues come back, but worse. Steering was super loose, alignment was worse (drifting right and death wobble in the steering wheel), and a new loud squeaking going over bumps. I brought it my usual mechanic, and he told me that everything on the control arms was loose, there was missing hardware, and the alignment I was charged $135 for was never even done. With my mechanic, he diagnosed it within 30 minutes, and repaired everything same day. I’m out $1300.00, wasted 3 days of work, for literally nothing to be fixed. Absolute robbery. Don’t come here. I won’t be back ever.

  Decent experience, I have been going for years. I went to get my brakes fixed and they got my car in quickly. I paid $1900 and when the service was done I drove home and felt something off. Brought it right back and they fixed it again for no cost. Don’t love the feeling of paying 2 grand and leaving and the car not being fixed but at least in the end it was all okay.

  Worst experience! Went from having new tires put on to constantly having to return due to tire issues. Then within a week or two my TPM sensors dying. Which they should’ve check them while mounting my new tires. Oh have I mentioned I allowed them to change the sensors to ride off within a few minutes the TPM notification came on telling it wasn’t reading the tire pressure. SO I go back to have them tell me they can’t reset the TPM due to not having the machine to do so. So if you can’t reset the TPM how will go off? I was informed to go to another tire shop literally 5mins away. I get there they’re trying to help me look at my car to let me know their machine isn’t reading any sensors something is wrong. Then he tells me they cannot assist me any further due to they didn’t install the sensors. Recommends I go back to where they were installed. Literally go right back to the original tire shop looking to speak with the manager or the owner! The gentleman working there of course immediately knew who I was I had been back SO many times. I asked to speak with the manager of course he’s not there he goes in the back calls and has a private conversation to come and inform me that the manager would like me to leave my # and he’ll reach out to me. This was on Saturday, 5/29/2026 and today is Monday, 6/1/2026, 6:57pm and NO RESPONSE from the manager! I am definitely going to call first thing in the morning. Worst experience EVER!!!!!! I must say the staff’s very pleasant BUT this is ridiculous!
