  There was no space on North Main St., so I tried here—it was the worst service I’ve ever received.

  I want to start by saying that the W Chestnut Enterprise in Brockton was VERY helpful in handling my concerns which were dismissed by the other enterprise Brockton location on Main Street. Since the person ( i didn’t get her name) on the latter was rude, dismissive, declined to help me find solutions to my needing a car, attempted hard to downgrade my reservation and insisted it’s the same class, I walked out of there very worried that I wouldn’t have a car for the next few days. I called the W chestnut location and not only were they very helpful- picked me up from home, explained the policy as to why I cannot take an SUV in to Canada, adjusted the daily rate d/t having to get a smaller car AND waived my extra day because I could not drive on Monday. What else can a customer ask for. I just wanted to make sure they get the credit they deserve. Thank you again for taking great care of me.

  Customer Service is phenomenal. The Brockton west on chestnut street is so Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They are my go to, whenever I need a car for my business travels. Highly recommend
