- HKHoward KoganMay 12, 20261.0I used this location years ago and had a good experience, but my experience last week was completely botched. The windshield repair took 4 hours and after replacing the windshield they failed to reattach the windshield wipers! My wife found this out while traveling on the interstate at night. Dangerous. I had to get replacement parts, which Safelite has refused to reimburse. Brutal. Also, although we had a 10a appointment for windshield repair they didn't event take the car until 12p. A completely failed experience with Safelite. Avoid this location.

- CCCameronApr 15, 20262.0Came in last month for a small chip repair to my windshield. The repair itself was done to my liking and have not had issues with it since. However, after the repair was completed, I noticed significant scratching to the clear coat on the car’s driver side fender, which was directly underneath where the technician had been working. I came back into the office to let them know of this, and both the tech and store manager repeatedly denied my claims that this damage had been caused by them, and further saying that the damage “must have been there before I brought the car in.” I assured them that the car was <1 years old and had only been carefully hand washed/cared for by me. I’m also the type that can pretty easily spot damage to the car after it happens, and had never seen these scratches on the driver’s side when entering that side of the car every day. Overall, my frustration and disappointment with Safelite’s refusal to at least accept responsibility for the damage is why I’m leaving this review. Please heed caution when selecting this location if you value your car’s appearance.
