- JGJohn GormanJul 2, 20261.0Unresponsive. They reached out to me saying the 2hr appointment I booked was not doable before they close, and asked me to call back. They leave a callback number that is dead, rings and rings and is never answered. I tried going through Safelite customer support, they also are unable to reach this location by phone or email. Impossible to reach and manage an appointment, when the issue with the appointment is on their end, not mine.

And once the glass arrived at my local Safelite shop, all was done quickly with top notch care and customer service. And they managed to install glass with all of the technology to be re-connected with my care (2021 Subaru Outback)

Made another appointment and everything was fine. When I went to check out they informed me that the balance on my account was incorrect. It was saying I owed $1300 when my deductible was $500. They told me their manager would figure it out and they would charge me later. They proceeded to charge me $1300. I called and was told “it shows we charged you $500 on our end”. Was then told they would get back to me. You’d think they would have some sense of urgency considering how much they overcharged me. Nobody has gotten back to me. Completely unprofessional.

The windshield repair took 4 hours and after replacing the windshield they failed to reattach the windshield wipers! My wife found this out while traveling on the interstate at night. Dangerous. I had to get replacement parts, which Safelite has refused to reimburse. Brutal. Also, although we had a 10a appointment for windshield repair they didn't event take the car until 12p. A completely failed experience with Safelite. Avoid this location.
