I rarely leave one‑star reviews, but my experience fully warrants this rating. Over the course of ownership, maintenance costs were approximately 80% above market without any clear or adequately explained justification. Service quality and staff expertise were inconsistent and frequently below what I would reasonably expect for a brand positioned as premium. Vehicle reliability was a recurring concern. Acura? What happened to you Honda? In my experience, multiple issues emerged shortly after warranty coverage ended, creating the impression that long‑term durability was not a design priority and shifting financial risk disproportionately onto the owner. The Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) program did not deliver the level of inspection, quality assurance, or protection one would reasonably associate with such a designation. In practice, the certification provided little meaningful value. While the sales process was polished and conveyed confidence, that confidence eroded quickly once service interactions began, as customers were left to absorb the cost of ongoing issues. Based on both my experience and the consistent pattern reflected in other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated situation. This was the last Acura I will own as the brand will need a decade to fix its reputation, and I sold the vehicle today. Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to proceed with caution - especially if you are visiting this dealership.

Worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Just be careful and pay attention—after reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s dealt with this kind of behavior. Long story short, they told me they could make a deal happen on a car, took my deposit, and then asked me to come back a few days later to finish the paperwork because everything was “last minute.” I came back for the appointment they scheduled, waited around, and then a manager came over to tell me the deal couldn’t be done after all. What’s frustrating is they had days to let me know this, but instead held onto my deposit and had me come back anyway. The sales rep I was working with (Tyla) didn’t even come out to speak to me. She was hiding out in the back . The entire time I was there ( she was the one who made this imaginary deal happen ) They kept a hold on my deposit while telling me to “give them 5 minutes” so they could figure something else out and try to put me into a different car. I repeatedly declined—over and over—and asked for my deposit back because I was uncomfortable with how everything was being handled and how shady the situation felt. After telling them over 50 times to give me my money back they finally did . Just be aware !! Of this dealership , they have no problem lying in your face like it’s normal. Please read other people reviews!! I am not the only one . I also want to point out that I did receive an approval from the bank specifically from Capital One which Tyla confirmed. She provided me with the required down payment amount and the monthly payment I would be making for the vehicle. If I was never truly approved by your lender, then why was I asked to provide a $5,000 deposit? It feels like my money was taken despite knowing I didn’t have an approval from the start. If that isn’t shady business practice, I’m not sure what else to call it
