  Amazing amazing service. Jimmy and Steven went above and beyond to repair my father’s wheelchair accessible van. Professional, pleasant, and honest. So grateful. Thank you both so much!!

  I really do not undertsand why it is so hard to find somewhere to put a damn sticker on your car. You stop at 4pm. Hmmmmmm doesnt the average person work until 5pm you are open until 6pm. And then you would think on saturday they would offer it the whole time they are open. Nope only u til noon time. Clearly you dont understand that everyone has to work and when places like this work against there customers its how you lose them. I need tires for my car before the end of summer. Guess who I wont be giving my hard earned money too. The people that cant accommodate the hard working person. Pathetic. 5th place today for a sticker. Absolutely horrible business practice. Won't be back. Cant belive in this economy so many people are willing to turn away money.

  Disaster! Picked up my 1965 mustang to find the right front hub cap off car! Technician had to go look for it on rt. 18!!!! Came back with it and said didn’t hear it fall off! Put a wheel from my spare tire on the rt. Front without any notification or permission from me or Jim the service manager. I was told he went home sick. New white wall tires all marked up and red mustang mat covered in black grease!!! Steve and Jim apologized, and changed wheel back after I waited over another hour. Car was there from 12:30-6:00 ! I do not have peace of mind nor do I feel safe after paying for new tires!!!

  I had a very bad experience at this location of Sullivan Tire. I originally came in for a simple tire repair, but was told my tire couldn’t be patched and that I needed replacements. That’s fine—but the issues started when I was given incorrect information about my vehicle. I was told that only 205 tires would fit my car, which is incorrect. I double-checked with a Hyundai dealership using my VIN and also confirmed on my door jamb sticker that the correct factory size is 195/60R15. Despite this, the manager continued to insist otherwise. I also found tires listed on their own website, but was told that they were discontinued and unavailable, which was confusing since they were still clearly listed. I also called a separate Sullivan location not far that said they DO In fact still have some that could be ordered to the store from their warehouse. So I’ll be shopping there instead. The most concerning issue is that after I got my car back, my door jamb tire information sticker was damaged and partially removed. This sticker was intact before my visit, and now appears scraped off/ cut with marks left on the paint underneath. This is especially concerning since that sticker shows the exact tire size I was referencing during my conversation with the manager. Those types of stickers don’t remove easy, they are made to last with the car, so someone clearly put in a focused effort to remove. I called to address the damage and was told it would be looked into but there did not seem to be any urgency or real care to the issue. Overall, this experience left me with little confidence in the accuracy of the information provided and the care taken with my vehicle. This is how not to do business 101. Please do better.
