- SSScott Henderson (sdh442)Sep 15, 20265.0Went in for inspection sticker, however, they were quite helpful when my vehicle had tire issues a while back. Emergency replacement.
- TCTy CarterJul 10, 20265.0Great customer service and very timely with handling the needs of my vehicle. Brian is extremely professional and 10/10 service every time.
- CDChristopher DunphyJun 17, 20265.0Patrick Cole and his team are more than businessmen; they are gifted diagnosticians and talented technicians. They are energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic about their profession and their customers. They live the Sullivan Tire values—they treat every customer, regular and new, with respect and empathy. I have sat in the waiting room watching the interactions and service. I didn't have to sit and wait; I could get a ride home or to the T, but sometimes it is rewarding to just observe professionals at their craft. Keep up the incredible work. Joe Z and management—take note: this crew is 100% all-star.
- DDDMRJun 17, 20265.0I got a flat tire at 1pm, called around for the tire I needed and Sullivan tire Ivory Street had it and was able to put me in at 2pm and finished by 2:40pm. I know not everybody's experience is the same but I had a GREAT experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs tires. The counter guys are super polite and know what they are doing. Thanks again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and a 👍
- BPBrendan PotashOct 28, 20245.0I truely feel comfortable trusting Sullivan Tire in Braintree to handle whatever my car needs. I drop the car off and pick it up completed with competence and fairly priced. I recently had my Mazda 3 towed to the shop when it wouldn’t turn over to start. The battery was fine, the lights came on - the key fob even locked and unlocked the doors. Was it the starter? Hours later they called me having figured out that the key fob battery was not-quite dead. They changed out the battery and bingo, it worked. When I tried to pay, I was waved off with “no charge” generously proclaimed. They used their wits and common sense on my behalf instead plowing into an unneeded and expensive part replacement. I offer my highest praise.
