They are energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic about their profession and their customers. They live the Sullivan Tire values—they treat every customer, regular and new, with respect and empathy. I have sat in the waiting room watching the interactions and service. I didn't have to sit and wait; I could get a ride home or to the T, but sometimes it is rewarding to just observe professionals at their craft. Keep up the incredible work. - DDDMRJun 17, 20265.0I got a flat tire at 1pm, called around for the tire I needed and Sullivan tire Ivory Street had it and was able to put me in at 2pm and finished by 2:40pm. I know not everybody's experience is the same but I had a GREAT experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs tires. The counter guys are super polite and know what they are doing. Thanks again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and a 👍

One issue was that the brake pedal needs to go much further than before to bring to a full stop. Brought back and told that is the way the brakes are supposed to work. Later, told at local mechanic that one brake caliper was leaking. Brought back here to Sullivan for checkup, told there was no issue (could be grease). Next oil change at local mechanic, told now both brake calipers are leaking. No intention to solicit this business ever again.
