  Erin F at the Braintree AutoZone helped me out without me knowing anything about my car and didn’t judge me for it. I went in for wipers and she was kind enough not to openly judge me when I didn’t know the answers about my car. She was a doll as well to put them on my car for me!

  I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service Miles provided. He took time out of his day to carefully assist me in selecting the right oil and even helped put it into my car.   My car had the check engine light showing up, I tried to start it with a jumper nothing happened. The Autozone was around the corner and one of the employees there , his names was Miles, he was able to come check it out and help me with my car, genuine life saver. Overall great service great energy specially for my first time there.

  I just had an exceptional experience at AutoZone. A team member named Miles went above and beyond to assist me—taking the time to explain which oil was right for my car and even helping me put it in. As someone who isn’t always confident with car maintenance, his patience and willingness to help meant a lot. I truly appreciate service like this that makes customers feel supported and valued.
